Nah, it's more so that I can control my audio with mp3s, i'm going to use voice recognition too, so i can actually concentrate on the road, however, on long car rides with my friends, they can watch movies or play a turn based strategy game or something, but i'm all about the voice controlled mp3s, no cd switching, no looking away from the road, i've got a flip switch to kill the audio so that it will recognize my voice, just flip the switch (on my steering colum) say what i want to hear, flip it again!
I'm not sure if that was supposed to be a rethorical question or not. I'm mounting a 7.2" lcd screen on my dash, and running the cable in my dash, and through my console, out of sight, out of mind, until it's under the passenger seat. BTW, I've checked out those transparent windows in your sig, they're quite niftical!
right now i'm working on building a custom little case small enough to fit underneath the passenger seat of my car, an lcd monitor, a mini keyboard, and i can watch divx on the road, which, in all reality, would be an improvement over my normal driving ability!
maybe no one should have developed them in the first place, why is it ok for a super power to posess a weapon of mass destruction and no one else? get a clue, if the super powers aren't the only one to have them, they'r eno longer the super powers, and it establishes a level playing field, maybe the third world countries with a few nukes will get a voice in somewhere and moph into a budding young, developing nation, which can attribute to the economic growth of the entire world.... now from there i'd move onto the evils of capitalism, but that's another argument

think how much a 2inch screen would cost that supports higher hdtv resolutions, and how crisp and clear it would be, that is, if you can tell whether that's a person or just a blob
The MPAA will most certinly follow, besides, indie films, generally speaking, are just as entertaining, if not more so than their big budget counter-parts
If actors take a pay cut, not much, maybe just oh, ONE MILLION per picture, it wouldn't be such a big deal...
Oh man, you did say what I thought you said! Incase anyone doesn't know the Sybian is a, it's a.....well...It's like a dildo, but, ahh, use google......
(start sarcasam)Yep, Intel should be responsible for incorporating DRM into our current technology. It isn't like they violate any copy right, patent laws, or IP theft. Hell, when their new line of processors come out (http://slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=02/10/11/03122 2&mode=thread&tid=118) I'm sure this technology will be fully functional, and we'll never notice it(end sarcasam)
when heroes of might and magic 4 came out, 6 of us sat up for longer than that doing a 3v3 hot seat, and we never won!! (hot seat heroes games, on extra large maps can take *days*)
My advanced chem and physics class had 3 students, me and two of my friends. Class was 50% screw off, and 50% work, fairly easy too, well, the last week of class, our teacher gave us a fist sized chunk of potassium(!) we only had to promise three things, not to get caught, not to do any *real* damage, and to video tape it.....well, we killed all sorts of fish....if that's real damage i don't know
Not true. If they give students at a university the OS for free, that's what they learn to use and become accostumed to. Once you get in the real world, you'll yearn for that familiarity, and jump at the lastest and greatest. Everyone will know windows, ensuring that when you get into the work force, that's what'll be there, fully paid for.
However, I do plan on going to school for law, combat DRM, Pallidum, ect. Article has a lot of good information in it, even if you don't plan on being a lawyer.
it was recently discovered that there is no such thing as this so called "gravity." So all of you can quit obey this "law" and fly around. I mean it, stop, STOP IT, you DON'T have to sit there tether to the ground, get up and go float away!!
and god damn, you're such a karma whore! did you think that you'd get modded up just because you mentioned linux support. post something based on how you feel, not something that'll get you modded up

5500 KM, a km is around 6/10's of a mile, about 3300 miles, still, just a bit more than 1/7th, no small task!

If inuyasha and cowboy bebop fill the midnight run spot will dragonball z still air at that time?
direct memory access? just like IP used to be internet protocol?

The justice department picked up charges, even though adobe dropped them bone head. He's denied bail as he's a flight risk.

It's odd that RH, SuSe and Mandrake compete with each other more than their common enemy.
In furhter cases against the DMCA, this ruling can be used to fight for fair use! Providing the appeals hold up of course...

No, that's too bart-centric, you need to gather the entire family, maybe butt wars
and I can STILL read the content, talk about different from the norm, NEC must have some stellar bandwidth!
but what type of application requires that much horse power?
