This story hits close to home since I grew up 25 miles from Manitowoc and my dad grew up there. He's told me stories about how his parents
would take him down to see the shipyard side launch the subs into the river. They also have a pretty nice maritime museum in Manitowoc
(http://www.wisconsinmaritime.org/index.php).
I taught my wife how to use it in about 2 minutes, much better than taking hours to clean the malware from her
laptop which had happened twice prior to using noscript.
agreed, i bought a Zi-6 for a trip to NYC and it worked great. I didn't like the no removable storage and lack of easy battery replacement in the flip.
I had Cingular before ATT bought them and the service was great. After they updated my phone to show ATT instead of Cingular I went from 5 bars
reception to 3 bars, and where I had no dropped calls before I would get dropped about every 3rd call that went over 5 minutes in length. All this using
the same phone from the same location.
I have an Imation with a write protect switch, I use it for loading virus removal tools onto
infected computers. I am disappointed that more manufacturers don't include write protect support,
it seems like a pretty good idea.
the current Simpsons episodes might not be as fresh as the first few season, but they have their moments. I still get more laughs from them than most of the other shows on tv.
I would say the most boring sports to watch are
1)Nascar (driving around in a circle (oval) for hours)
2)golf (the activity for people that can't play real sports)
3 soccer (at least the players have good cardio fitness)
agreed, I was in the Army in the late 80's and we did plenty of physical training. The guys
that didn't pass the physical requirements were held back until they met them.

I second that, the Chicken Ala-King was my favorite.
In the 80's I heard my fellow soldiers refer to them as Meals Rejected by Ethiopians.

I just installed it on a crappy old Dell 260 (P4 2.0ghz) with 768mb ram and it launched and brought up websites way faster than 3.6.15 did.

Can we throw Charter communications on that list as well?
agreed.
Pretty sad, I remember when the Discovery Channel acutally had stimulating educational shows.
most excellent reply sir.
I glanced at that and thought it said "Face-Recognition Voting-Machine".
The Stainless Steel Rat, great book series.
agreed. The union is the only thing that protects us from the stupid things that management tries to force on us.
The former GM plant in Janesville is sitting empty and the Chrysler engine plant in Kenosha is being shut down this week.
I remember those days as well, good times.
I skimmed the headlines earlier, and I swear I saw paintball world championship. Yeah, I guess pinball makes more sense.
I don't care much about the multiplayer.

Brian, have you ever raced at Road America? If so I've probably seen you race.
I think there are quite a few people outside Michigan that also think that way about Comcast.

Makes me think of that Scrubs episode where Turk starts singing the Safety Dance song.
