there is a provision that all the cars external speakers be allowed to play campaign advertisements for the Republicans and Democrats, or commercials targeted at the upcoming pedestrians who have already been RFID tagged.
How so? It certainly isn't reflected in their salaries. Maybe a few of the senior pilots make some good money, but the younger ones tend to earn a wage that well... frankly I'm surprised more of them don't point the nose to ground after realizing that the pilot lifestyle isn't nearly as fantastic as it was made out to be.
Cover can serve multiple purposes such as armor or camouflage. Cover that you can shoot a hole through is not going to make for effective armor, however it may serve effectively as camouflage.
And for those who've forgotten the importance of not being seen...
Poorly articulated angry tirades aside, it's good to see that some vestige of varied opinions might remain despite our overly homogenized wal-mart, mcdonalds, abercrombie & fitch society.
I learned a lesson a while back that just because millions of people like something, it's not necessarily good. "I know what you did last summer" was a horrible awful film and yet millions loved it.
I also find it more valuable to look at the reviews from people who hated a product I'm considering buying to see if their reasons for hating it might be a reason I might not like it.
What we need is affordable medical services. Right now we have a screwed up betting system (health insurance) where the player bets that they are going to be sicker than they will be, and that when they are sick the medical service providers will be able to do more to help them than they can.
"Did you really think that we want those laws to be observed? We want them broken. You'd better get it straight that it's not a bunch of boy scouts you're up against . . . We're after power and we mean it. You fellows were pikers, but we know the real trick, and you'd better get wise to it. There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What's there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced nor objectively interpreted and you create a nation of law-breakers - and then you cash in on guilt. Now that's the system, Mr. Rearden, and once you understand it, you'll be much easier to deal with." -Ayn Rand "Atlas Shrugged"
"participants were forced to wait a variable, non-signalled delay before initiating the movement. If participants released the home key too early, a tone sounded and the trial was aborted."
Couldn't it be that initiators were conditioned to hesitate because going too early was punished?
I dunno..
Of course, in my Kendo class the one who tried to strike first was usually the one that lost.
no power need be supplied at the user end, but, as you know if anyone's dialed your number while you were working on the wires, there's plenty of juice (~90V ring voltage) there to make you say Ouch!!!.
The computers (and their software configuration) were not his to do with as he pleased. He somehow thought his cause merited the theft (in 5000 small instances) of resources. His lack of good judgment there leads me to not be surprised that he also may have taken school equipment home (stolen) for his own uses. The latter act probably the one leading to his resignation and possible charges.
I'm certain some of the contributers have gotten frustrated by the rules and quit but there are likely more who just didn't have anything else they felt like writing about. I only felt that I had some worthwhile information to share regarding the DEU Doom WAD editor so that was the only article I wrote. It's since been absorbed into the Doom WAD article, but still retains a fair amount of what I had to say on the topic.
In short, the rules may be frustrating for some, but I don't think that they're necessarily the sole reason people aren't posting as much as they used to do.
Does it say anywhere what the size and speed of the pictured aircraft is? The picture looks a lot like a 4 foot wingspan radio controlled craft I built. I crashed mine on it's 2nd flight without any help from laser beams.
to describe their probable sales volume. There's very little there in terms of improvements for PS3 owners. For those of us who bailed on PSx line after #2 I don't see anything enticing enough in terms of new features to make me consider purchasing a ps3 slim.

Nicely done! That was subtle and brilliant and had I the mod point to accord(ion), it would be yours.
If God tries to make a buck from shock [Ezekiel 23:20], why not CBS?

Jupiter finally heard Gen. Larry Platt's song, became embarrassed, and finally hiked that belt up North where it belonged.
if he's a first time offender I hope he doesn't do prison time, but rather gets put on probation with any violation resulting in a long sentence.

Maybe they could get Penn & Teller?
If they did, I think I'd actually enjoy the advertisements.

Insurance adds cost and not value to the system.
You're supposed to be breaking the law.

They did mention that the car was going to be equipped with a "Kill Switch".
