Actually, it had something to do with fooling the game that you were on a griffin, when you weren't, speeding you up like 50x or something. I saw somebody link instructions to it on the forums (which I read because I am obsessed with the game, yet am unable to afford it.)

I played the beta on an 800 ibook g3 and probably averaged 12 fps (it varied, in town it was worse running about better). I've got 640 megs of RAM though, and I believe your videocard is slightly better. So you might get 15 ;) From what I've gathered, performance is slightly worse on the mac, but even at 12 fps it was still playable, you just needed patience when there was a ton of stuff on screen (and that suprised me, usually getting less than 30 fps drives me nuts)

The fact that we can ask people related to this specific instance makes no difference. When EA went to release Medal of Honor: Rising Sun in Japan there was similar outcry, about letting kids shoot their grandparents. By your definition that was anonymous, and therefore ok.

No, the best part of everclear is what you can do with an empty bottle. When its empty, fill it back up with water, then wait until you have friends over again. Warn a buddy before hand, and tell him to dare you to chug the bottle. When everyone is watching, have friend do this, and while you are doing so have them taunt you. This usually has the effect of making one laugh, but as you are chugging water, it will be difficult and will probably turn your face red and cause crying. This is similar to what happens when you chug everclear. When finished, look over the faces of your amazed friends, and assure them that you won't have to go to the hospital. Seriously, its fun.
