Yeh, manure spreading makes for some very unhappy neighbors. As more homes are built closer to farm fields, this has become a big issue. So the solution is that they now inject the liquid shit directly into the ground. Seems to work pretty good. Oh, and you want really gross, some fields are fertialized with human waste from septic tanks, and the biggest problem is that the farm macninery gets clogged with a whole lot of condoms, I shit you not!

Social skills are very important things to learn. Because of a life-long anxiety disorder that casued me to be virtually agoraphobic during my High school and Early college years I know first hand the enormous consequences of inadequate social skills has on one's life. At 23 I am still a virgin and have never actually been on a date, not because I am ugly (I like to lift weights and love the Elliptical machines. I have 16 inch arms and 9-10% body fat) but because I NEVER learned how to relate to women. Actually I was rather terrified of them. Now I'm just incredibly awkward around them. And now that my anxiety is somewhat under control I feel trapped by my past i.e. I have the enormouse burden of being so very self-consciousness of the fact that I am a 23 year old Virgin who has never been on a date or even kissed a girl. Won't most girls see that as just incredibly pathetic? Thats my fear.

Well, after designing this wizbang custom DSP, for which FPGAs are pretty slick, wouldn't it be implemented as and ASIC for the final product and be ever so much faster. (Can anyone say exactly what the differance is? Like if Softcore A is implemented on and FPGA and as HDL at 1GHz, the FPGA will perform like and HDL at 100MHz, or 1MHz, or even less?)

I read an article about Navy sonar. Recent U.S Navy sonar testing in the Bahamas reached sound levels of 235 decibels.
