It's funny how we like to categorize things. This planet, that planet, we're here, you're there, I am Chinese, you're Haitian. I am standing on "this" planet. To me, there is no planet. There is this space that we ALL live in.

Get a good business model, and make good games. Ignore the pirates and hug the peeps that buy your games. Whether Windows is "good" is another thread, but the plan worked!

In other news, the Soviet Russia announced today they are working on a nice anti-crime tool that should be ready by the end of 2009. The Motherland didn't offer any details about how it would be implemented.

Everyone uses mathematics in their daily life but takes it for granted. Every time you choose to take that route rather than this route when driving, you're using it. Every time you buy something with rebate and a time lag to get paid back, or topping off a mortgage that much closer. Every time you're trading your money with time and vice versa, you're using it.
    .
I hated mathematics but it's only when I needed it most that I appreciate it. The first time way back was that I need to calculate the length of line on a grid to show the vector addition concept in a flash app, mid point theorem. The second time was just yesterday, thinking about how to score an online survey project properly without killing our developer, permutations and combinations. When you're required to do some stuff for bread, you'd be so happy you learned it in school. :)

Good sir you just illustrated exactly WHY you shouldn't talk to a police officer. Facts, AND what you THINK it's facts, are often misconceptions. However, you mouth is trained to speak before you head thinks it clear because the society we live in often rewards this behavior. Be real careful what you say, or say nothing at all.

I am not American at all, in fact far from one.

dude did you even read your parent? Whatever you called "faith" in science is, it's NOT! It's hypothesis and the difference is, if somebody found a hovering apple and it's repeatable, or falsifiable, your "faith" in gravity and or relativity CAN be discarded. Hence, science isn't based on faith.
    .
Religion is real faith, because Adam ate the apple. It's not hypothesis, it's absolute faith. Nobody saw him eat it and it's not repeatable or falsifiable. Jesus resurrected. Same deal. Absolute, unchangeable, and we won't lose our Easter holidays! Get it?
