    I think you have it backwards. Suggested (demanded?) by the manager and reluctantly implemented by the dev.

  13. My GF got one of those. She sent them money and they sent her a flash drive to "fix" the issue.

    Fortunately, she asked me for help doing the install of whatever shitware they sent her, and I told her to get rid of the flash drive, and (since I'm not a mac guru) take her mac to the genius bar and have them check it out for any malware.

  19. Yep. Anytime I'm coming home into Burbank, I always go to the REAR of the plane, because many travelers are unfamiliar with this. Lots of overhead space, and pretty much my choice of seat.

  20. That's why, back in the 2001 CA governer recall vote*, I voted for the porn star. My theory was we were going to get fucked no matter who won, so it might as well be by someone who really knew what they were doing.

    * You voted Yes/No on the recall *AND* for whoever would be gov, if the recall succeeded. I voted no on the recall itself.

    Other than being able to save the data, what's the difference between Sleepyhead and Dreammapper?
