less than 200 years ago we came out of what is known as the "little ice age" I'd imagine that this would skew the data just a tad making it appear as if the shift was greater than the long term trend. after all statistics do lie, usually to promote one viewpoint over another.
we see this in politics constantly and this is just another lie.
carbon dioxide makes up only a small percentage of the so called greenhouse gases, water is the number one greenhouse gas.
I say ban water, since we cannot control water vapor we should just ban it.
and furthermore eco scientist proposed melting the polar caps back in the 70's because we were experiencing a cooling trend. they just hope people like those on slashdot are not paying attention.
the real problem I have with global warming is that a system as complex as the global atmospheric weather system is, we don't have enough longterm data to make a sweeping judgement the human effect
has on the system. not to say that it has not effected it just waiting for habeas corpus
we did this as an assignment for a network security at the small community college I attended. as long as the students are gathering information and not launching an assault whats the big deal. though I have to say that the college considered all the students to be security risk and so forced us to stay of the campus net during class. they would also pay close attention to anything we did when we were on the network nothing to see here move along
as far as it went the Legend of Zelda on the nes was aboout the pinacle of graphics in those days after all the nes graphics are what made it win out over the atari and company. but I do agree a good game needs good game play more than good graphics or at the least the need to compliment one another.
"While the nuclear device was stumbled upon inside a brick of cocaine, inside
a bale of marijuana, The DEA and U.S. customs passed it since that is indeed a legitimate packing technique in many parts of the world. When questioned an official for the DEA stated on condition of anonymity that had they found heroine inside the device it would have been immediately confiscated.
I saw a feral chicken this past summer what a sorry looking mess that was. nearly got itself killed crossing the road (not a joke). if the original wild
chicken;predomesticated that is, was anything like that bird then we are better off without having to avoid one more stupid species while driving, oh and I'll have mine extra crispy with a side of mashed potatoes and a biscuit
thank you
possibly but more likely the virus is unable to reproduce, or mutates into a different form perhaps a less virulent strain emerges that effects other lifeforms. or maybe small samples remain but in a controlled environment like
smallpox. I am not a microbioligist
actually like any disease of this nature the survivors gain an immunity to the disease and at least to some extent pass that to offspring or at least the proclivity towards immunity if only because a certain gene sequence exist in the survivors that was resistent to the disease
I think that might be a movie qoute but I don't really know for sure I am just surprised that people waste the mod points on an AC that seems a waste to me
my thought is since plants use carbon dioxide why not pass it through a system containing algae or some other prolific vegetation perhaps bamboo in a controlled situation you'd just need a little light a voila' reduction of emission plus you can rot it to make methane or if sufficiently pure process it as food
sure so did we but at the end of the semester we were suppossed to delete the copy, microsoft is not consistent even in their student licencing schemes. good thing I don't use windows
on the shores of lake Erie here in western new york they wanted to install an array of electric wind mills but the bird lovers had a coniption fit that it would lead to the death of large populations of birds. yeah right the only things stupid enough to run into them are the bird lovers if a bird hits it tough luck
I used to watch the old "yan can cook" show and one episode these were being made it was simply amazing that dough can be stretched that much without it tearing
almost every point of sale terminal i have ever seen uses x86 its a cheap and relatively compatible architecturegives them the option of using dos, linux/Unix, os/2, windriver or the like at a releively cost effective level
that first is an image of a calcified or silicified fossil spongiform the second is an image from a geological cave feature
both are being made to look like images from space using black backgrounds and slightly filtered color lenses .
just a little of the conspiracy theorist in me speaking

no play them in reverse to hear the satanic marketing messeges
while boron is not scarce it still is not as abundant as hydrogen so perhaps this is why other scientists have not put as much effort into it
