    Socialism and Facism are evil. There is no reason to rob other people through the power of the government and then re distribute it to everyone. The govenment only exists to protect peoples rights. Note that rights don't include what some liberals seem to think they mean: Not food, shelter, money, cars or anything like that. Freedom of Life, Liberty and the freedom to own/buy/sell Property are the root rights of every person in the world. Sadly some governments don't uphold these natural rights like China. All the Bill of Rights Rights are covered by these three 'Core Rights' The fist ammendment falls under Liberty, the Second(Gun rights) falls under Liberty/Property, The Third is covered by Property(people in your house), 4th and 5th by Life, Liberty and Property and so one.

    Corporate welfare is evil and should be destroyed along with social welfare!

    Libertarianism! Woot!

    I live in a hive house. It sucks. The doors seem to be inflated and I put my fist through one by mistake(hard to do with real wood doors). The instalation of the outlets is messed up. Why put 5 outlets in a fucking breakfast room(not kitchen)? BTW: I am a nonreligious gun loving Libertarian that favors a *very* small govenment(courts,cops and millitary)

    It effects your life and you chose to take the drugs. You can burn down your own house and that is ok because it only effects you. If all drugs are legal then there will be no crime connected with them and they will be fine.

    Sorry formating problem

    You seem to want GTA banned. Sadly you must have forgotten that speech and expression are rights that everyone in the world has and that the USA Constitution and the Bill of Rights protect those natural rights.

    "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances." ~ Bill of Rights Amendment 1

    Lets break it down:

    "abridging the freedom of speech" The makers of GTA are using their free speech to make something using programming code, artwork and sound files to make a game and sell it.

    That seems clear but the Bill of Rights has even more safeguards to protect liberty!

    "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." ~ Bill of Rights Amendment 9

    "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people." ~ Bill of Rights Amendment 10

    The rights not used by the government go to the people. Thats right every person in America.

    Just because something may cause people to act violently is not a reason to ban it. Black rights speakers enrage some racists so much that they kill people(KKK) yet no one is telling them that they can't make speechs in public.

    Stop! You might think "oh thats completely different!" Its not. Just because a view point is unpopular is no reason not to protect that view point from being banned. Yes GTA is bloody but so are wars and TV coverage of them. No one is calling for a ban on war reporting.

    The constitution basically protects these:

    Life

    Liberty

    Property

    As long as your activities do not infringe on other peoples life, liberty or property then that activity should be legal. This includes things like drug use and gay sex and marriage.

    Banning or restricting something because someone might harm others because of it is called 'Prior Restraint' and is illegal. I might kill someone with my handgun yet the government can't stop me from getting a handgun unless I am a felon. I personally think only violent felons should be barred from gun ownership but the law says different.

    "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." ~ Bill of Rights Amendment 2

    Instead of punishing people for doing something that hurts no one but themselves(if that) we should only punish people that have infringed on other peoples Life, Liberty and/or Property.

    I don't think that example works very well. A lawyer knows all about the the law but still wouldn't be fooled by a 419 type scam. A plumber wouldn't be fooled either. Stupidity in one form or another seems to be non discrimenatory.

    Yea, I know what your saying. Guns, as we all know, cause people using them to get hurt. Bullets can bounce off walls up to 30 times before coming to rest and because the gun industry is so deregulated the gun can break causing burns and broken bones. I have made a list of what you should do if you see a gun anywere(unless a cop or army guy has it):

    1) Never never ask about it. The gun nut could shoot you!

    2) Walk quickly away and tell your local police. Because the NRA bribes the police they can be reluctant to take away guns from what they call "CCW" and "legal" owners. You should say that they were dealing drugs and fucking little kids along with shooting the gun in the air. Don't think of it as lieing; think of it as being Patrotic TM

    Learn how to be a teacher(grade or middle school) and talk all about the Bill of Rights but leave out the 2nd Ammendment. If the kids ask about it tell them not to talk about guns in school because they could get in trouble. If one kid is persistant then tell the guidence people that you think he/she is depresed and violent. That kid will be out of the flock er class in no time!

    Why can't companies just forget about tracking people for once. Must be some kind of power rush for those in high places. They say its too know what adds you like and it probley is. But with the Patriot Act and soon even more :( the .gov will just use these records against us the American People. When will the sheeple awake? Thank god most /.ers know about the Patriot Act. Most people just go "err I heard on CNN that it stops terrorists" Oh well...
