    I understand. When I went to Egypt I visited the war memorials at El Alamein. Later on I was playing call of duty 2 when I got to the missions held in that part of the world. Suddenly it just wasn't fun any more.

    No it is LOST. If the number isn't entered every 108 minutes not very much will happen at all but might happen in 6 to 8 episodes time but probably not.

    PSP
    5.43m Japan
    8.29m Americas
    7.59m Others

    The DS is nearly double the PSP but a huge chunk of this is Japan. You might conclude that although the DS is doing better, the PSP has still done very well.

    Well look at it this way. Google is like superman. He does a lot of good and has a shitload of power...but if he ever turned evil it would be really, really bad. Unfortunately unlike superman google has shareholders. As good as they are now, wait till the share price starts dropping and then see how quickly the 'do no evil' changes.

    The hosts file in windows will *not* block certain micosoft sites. Guess how long before double click is added to that list?

    That is one way to look at it. The other way to look at it is the PS3 almost sold more units in japan a week than the xbox360 has sold in total. I don't think Sony is too worried at this point

    Cash flow and risk Better for it to flop at the 10% mark now so they can take a small hit rather than wait for November 2007 and lose it all in one go. Some very good companies have gone down this way. One big failure is all it takes. If it is better/safer for the game companies then I am happy for them to try it. We need more risks taken in the games that are developed.

    Total sales of FFIII have only hit 655,533 a month after release.

    This is only because it sold out and you can't actually buy it anymore

    Exactly. And if it wasn't for microsoft people would all be expecting the software you right for them to work, everytime. As it stands now they just shrug off the worst of bugs as probably a 'windows thing'.
