for the columns in the admin piece is pretty nice (it only works in ie 6 though). I have not seen js that had done this before. For me it seems faster then blogger but I like blogger better because of the customization I can do to the templates.
I have had no problems viewing things in ff so overall I think they did a good job.
I live in Tejas and have had a good experience with hdtv and time warner. I just have the hdtv box (you have to get a seperate one) and the picture looks great. My only complaint is the lack of channels moving to hd. I also have found, at least on MNF, a 3 second delay on the hd channel. A guy I work with has the dvr box and he and his wife love it.
Maybe I am just crazy but I would think since this is somewhat of a new technology shit like this is going to happen. I would also like to note that you don't have to shell up to 10 grand to get a hdtv. The projection hdtvs have great pictures and they are much cheaper (especially if you get one without dvi).
The name "RealNetworks" causes most people to run for the hills. Reading some of these posts and you will see why. Until they rebrand themselves they are going to be screwed. They can have teh oober media but as long it is RM they are fucked (and I guess you are too:P).

That is just crazy talk. There are some great games but hollywood and corps have gotten too involved. It is all about branding and not about creativity. I am only a disgruntled game because I saw this today:

The color between the stories don't contrast as well as google. It is hard to follow. I wish they would also remove the msnbc menu. If they are going to copy google they should at least learn that simple works and only put on the screen what it supposed to be there.
I think drudge started all of this. His site was so popular because you could get 10++ headlines and not have to scroll all over the place. I am unsure on why it has taken companies so long to realize that simple is good.
