Ok, youve won 2-3 games this way, very funny, very clever, well done. What do they achieve sitting there all night doing exactly the same thing?

Do they turn off the computer at night and think how satisfied they are at winning an online game by using no skill what_so_ever?

    Couldnt agree more.

When the millenium dome was open in london, I paid it a visit. Amongst the attractions was an exclusive "new" blackadder episode, filmed especially for the millenium dome.

It made references to using a visa card numerous times. The fact that the millenium dome was supposedly a celebration of life and culture, to see product placement in arguably one of britains finest comedies of all time ruined the experience for me.

  6. peripheral? on EyeToy Creator Discusses Product's Genesis · · Score: 1

The camera is used as part of a game - to call it just a peripheral isn't entirely accurate - are the bongos used in Donkey Konga a games controller, peripheral or musical instrument?

The camera appeals to many different kinds of people as its a bit different, entertaining and something new at the same time.

  7. ps2 success on PS3 Release Not Until 2006, PSX Firmware Upgrade? · · Score: 4, Insightful

The success of the PS2 provides sony with a little more leeway with regards to the release of the "next-gen" console.
They are in the position where they can spend more time on delivering a competition beating product.

On the other hand Microsoft and Nintendo may see this as an opportunity to rush out a console for 2005/early 2006.

  10. Re:Seems to reflect CD pricing bias on Exchange Rates Play With Online Music Prices · · Score: 0

    Indeed you are right.

Most recently the uk record industry are targetting web sites selling cd's at a cheaper rate. Like cd-wow and 101cd who often sell new releases imported for 6.49 with free P&P.

Compare this to 11.99-12.99 for an average high street store, and there is a substantial saving being made!

british tv comedy mr bean had an episode cancelled the week after the incident involving the snatching of a young child from a shopping centre in liverpool (james bulger incase if anyone remembers)

They later showed the episode, and the basic story was that mr bean was baby sitting, and he took the kid to a fun fair, he tied some balloons to the pram the kid was in, and the pram floated away, the rest of the story had mr bean trying to rescue said child.

It wasnt even a very good episode.
