insurance only pays the blue book value of the vehicle, look it up, your car is worth a lot less than you think. there's no way I can find a replacement for my car at the current blue book value.
what class did you take that homework can just be copied? can't be any classe that you write any report or a paragraph? are they multiple choice questions?
you don't need a high end $1000 PC, I just bought a Radeon 5770 graphics card for $100, DX11 compliant and has 1Gb of RAM! 4 times more than what's on PS3 and 360. you can't even buy a PC with 256MB of RAM anymore.
so for $400 today you can build a PC that is significantly faster than current gen consoles, this wasn't true a year ago.
well, why is it a virtue to buy "Made in America" products? I would rather have my money go to a third world country where people really need it, than have it go to some spoiled Americans that think they deserved to be paid $40 an hour.
People who grew up playing FF4 think it's the greatest RPG ever, just like people grew up playing FF7 think it's the best (same for FF6, FF10). All are good games, but how can you decide which one is the best ever without regarding to the nostalgia people have? If FF4 is a great time compared to games in its day, but if it's released today, even with updated graphics, will people think it's better than FF10? I doubt it.
Tokyo is expensive to live in, but people in their 20s-30s still live with their parents, and there's no stigma as in the states. So I would think the young people have more disposable income there.
even if you believe this is a "housing bubble", owning still makes more sense than renting, you don't get to "save the difference". My mortgage is 1700 a month, 300 a month for property taxes, 200 for HOA fee. for the mortgage, most of it goes to equity, and the interest part is tax dedutible, so is the property taxes. My calculations show that I'm "throwing away" 1100 a month for my 2 bedroom condo, and in 15 yrs I'll own the place outright. I can easily rent it out for 1500 a month if I need the money, and that is how much it costs to rent a 2 bedroom apartment around here.
Don't wait til you're married to buy a place, it always makes sense to own!
And the biggest difference between buying vs renting: Ask people that own what it is like coming home to a place you own, rather than renting, most will NEVER go back!
I'm not sure if I agree. Basketball has lots of stats as well. So does football, and tennis has gotten pretty cool with the overlay plots of serves and points won.
But basketball is a sport that stats don't mean very much. Is a player averaging 30 pts a game better than a player averaging 25 pts a game? The former might just be in a really bad team and have way more shot attempts. Another example is that a team that leads the league in offensive rebounds is almost always a bad shooting team, which leads to more offensive rebound oppurtunities, and not because the team is actually any good at getting offensive rebounds.
of course you can, I have the exact same model. Press "List", then option "C", choose the name of the series, press enter, and choose "recording options".
"In my personal experience, people that gripe about Perl are the ones that use it least"
well duh, people that don't like perl obviously wouldn't use it much.
So why is your salary supporting both of you? tell your wife to get a job, even if she has a 30K job that's more than enough for both of you to live comfortably.
I am single and make 75K, live in San Diego as well, I have a 15 year mortage of $1800 a month for my two bedroom condo, I contribute 12% to my 401K, after that I easily save another $500 a month.
stop whining and get your finances in check.

Tech companies like Apple don't even disclose their number of employees in China and India anymore.
PS3 exclusives: Uncharted 3, Resistence 3, LBP 2, Killzone 3, SOCOM 4
Xbox 360 exclusives: "not having your credit card info stolen"

Html5 is several years away, and always will be
paper companies grow trees for the purpose of making paper, they are not cutting trees in the wild.
it's just nostalgia. which console do people think is the best? NES? SNES? PS1? PS2? it depends on your age.

how can you not watch? China is projected to win more gold medals than USA, we are going to witness the new world order change hands.
So tell me again, what is the "political motivation" of those climatologists who believe in global warming?

How about the billions of dollars in "global warming" research grant?

Any kid in high school can tell you it's just not "cool" to be smart and do well in school, do you blame that on Hollywood, or the religious right?

You are assuming they would want to watch these 6 boring movies.
why did you think the OP was referring to hookers AT ALL? I assumed he was just referring to the crazy partying life that goes on there.

Just what is "imaginitive" about playing a game following rules in a rulebook?

it's not even close, Dean is too far to the left to win in a general election. http://www.nypost.com/news/nationalnews/13258.htm
I can't take it anymore, it's not like there's any chance in hell he's gonna win.
a freaking blackout on the east coast was a story here, and the wildfires destroying hundreds of homes in southern california is not? give me a break!
