Your ISPs may not allow home users to do this, mine allows web servers, mail servers, the whole shooting match on their home accounts. They'll even allocate you a block of 8 static IPs to do it properly.

Moscow he says immediately letting me know what the problem was, signal strength, the signal from his wireless point in Edinburgh couldn't quite reach the distance to where his laptop was in a hotel lobby in Moscow......
a couple of doors down the street and have a word with the local MP to explain just how fucking stupid this is, perhaps if he gets it he can explain to others.

I think it's because it doesn't use MAPI the same way as Outlook. If I remember correctly it uses Outlook Web Access instead of MAPI.
