Shockingly, michael, people use iPods to backup data!
I'm sure michael and the rest of/. know that an iPod can store data. I think he's trying to say that it's "shocking" for Microsoft to block the use of an Apple product.

On 60 Minutes they interviewed Trebek and he said he gets about 70% of the answers right. However, he said that he probably wouldn't win because his reflexes are not that great.
The problem is that those companies (cell phone, video games) can sell additional games, service plans etc. while the DVD player company has no control over where DVDs are bought from (if the company even makes DVDs)
do we really need younger coffee drinkers already?
Teens will be drinking coffee anyway. Just because it is a coffeehouse doesn't mean that everyone HAS to get coffee (and some will get decaf of course). If you have something interesting going on (acoustic concerts) or other type of foods (cookies, bagels) you will get teens who don't drink coffee.
at the beginning of the twentieth century, a lot of people were concerned about the accidents that could occur from automobiles. the cost of accidents were eventually considered to be a reasonable risk considering the convenience that they give.
i used to get a workout from playing old-school arcade games, the ones where you had to press buttons 10 times a second. on the other hand i'm sure eating pizza and drinking soda more than counteracted any sweat i produced.
For a moment, I thought Nintendo was still milking Mario like there's no tomorrow. I'm so glad they're moving on and producing entirely new fun games, like Zelda...
Of course Nintendo will develop new games. It's just thats it harder to get the attention of people at places like E3 with entirely new games. People have usually questioned all Nintendo systems coming out, saying that are not developing anything new. Games like Pikmin will still come out, at least partially because people will always demand something new (and remakes of games will be demanded by people who want to relive old classics too..)
Sorry if this sounds like flamebait, but the other people invented acutal products while all he did was "Coined the phrase "cyberspace" in the novel "Neuromancer" (1984)"
we know a lot of stuff about the surface and gravity of foreign planets but almost nothing about meteors and especially this particular meteor. landing on a meteor would be a lot harder than mars.
if they want to catch people running red lights they could just do photos at intersections.
this would not be helpful for tracking people, because cars don't neccessarily mean that the owner is in it.
and - shockingly! - iPods.

I know anything pro-MS posted here is unpopular, but put it this way...
would the OS have been named Lindows if it wasn't for Windows?
Reynold the Cheat Commando!
Will they scan everyone entering the US from Mexico (and Canada)? At some border places it all ready takes an hour to cross...
most PC games have too many buttons.
