The issue I always had with the CYOA books was that the plots often would split and then merge back to the original storyline. Often times I'd find myself taking certain death choices simply to avoid a storyline I had just read 1 hour earlier.
Also, I don't remember which book, but I found myself in an infinite loop.
CYOA books are fine as long as it branches more like a tree and less like a Roman royal family tree. Think Binary Tree and not a Graph.
TFA: Altogether it came up to the early afternoon to 130 house searches in the entire federal territory, zirka 100 computers and large quantities further evidence was therefore guaranteed, among them thousands of CDs.
Does this mean that of the 130 homes they invaded, only 100 even had a computer to take as evidence? What if there was more than one computer in some houses? I really doesn't seem like that percentage justifies the home invasions of a good number of possibly innocent people.
The sound can easily be made using katanana. A form of writing that utilizes the phonetics of the Japanese language, but designed for foreign words.
It would be spelled like, "" which sounds like "uii". Some stretching has to be done for many words, especially words that have L's. This is true if they are trying to use the english word.If they used (pronounced the same), it would mean Anxiety, would mean Capable, means Beginning.
Anyways, I wish them the best of Ruck if this is true.

This discovery also provides a compelling argument for preservation efforts in Southeast Asia.
Why preserve it? It's obviously been doing just fine for 11 million years.
Also, why should we? I had evolution beat into my brain by every single environmental science teacher I've had since grade school. "Survival of the fittest", natural selection, and all that jazz. Then in the very same classes, and by the very same teachers, I'm told how nothing should ever go extinct and that if anything does that's a bad thing. Extinction is not a bad thing. Over 90% of the animals that ever existed are extinct and thanks to those animals going away, we now have the exotic animals we have today, including humans.
Let the animal be, if it dies then that makes more room for some other animal that can fill the gap. If it lives and flourishes then so be it. Stop pretending to be God and control the natural evolution of animals. For people that don't believe in God, liberal extremists sure do think they are one.
It's a job for crying out loud. They pay you to do it because if it was fun people would be doing it for free. Sure, it can be fun for certain people, but there's a lot of people JUST LIKE YOU that would do it for less than you if it wasn't for the fact that all jobs have some downside. Heck, even skydivers pack their own 'chutes.
Hasn't it always been that the games being designed were by older people ~20s-30s. It's not like the programmers are going to be 15 like the target audience.
Also, the games were a lot less complex years ago and didn't require the same level of experience that today's games require. Unless there's some genius programmer with prodigy like business experience, there's no way some 20 year old kid can make a game that would be able to compete in today's modern gaming industry.
Gmail Filters fooled.

I recently decided to try and stop the sudden increase in spam that I'm getting on Gmail by creating a filter that moved all emails containing "CIALIS" to the trash. Needless to say, it didn't work. I'm not sure what they're doing to make a simple word get past a word filter. Especially against Google who seem to be masters of word recognition.
Any ideas?
I think the real reason they all lsot weight was because of the calories they burned deleting all the extra spam.
On a side note in order for them to lose weight from the instructional emails they'd first have to follow it's instructions. Last time I checked, following the instructions in spam was bad. VERY bad.
If it's not then I'll just update my credit card number at this website, order some herbal penis enlarger and check out that free ipod deal.
US Marines say "Oorah!" Army says, "hoah" Navy says, "Hoyah" and Air Force says, "huh?".
I was a Marine in the initial invasion on '03. I was also a computer tech, I job duties included setting up LAN games and using my laptop and a projector to have a makeshift theater. The sand destroyed every single DVD I had out there. Yet another reason DVD copying should be legal. "Support the troops!"

Ok, I think we're all overlooking a few major points..
In order for this cat to have gotten a degree he would:
First, have an email address to recieve the spam. Second, he would then have to read the spam. Third, he would have to apply. Fourth, using a credit card, pay for the service.
I for one feel that this cat deserves a degree. Hell, unless you count cat years, this cat is well beyond any human child his own age.

Here's what people said about other blue sky ideas:
You will fall off the edge of the world.
Man cannot fly!
I can go on, but I'll just leave this as a quote from someone else.

Does anyone know if Sony built computers, such as the VAIO, come preinstalled with the rootkit? I really wouldn't be suprised if it did.
That's funny, I would have thought that having a giant color screen would have been much more of a burden for the battery life than either of these.

That's because there's more virtual women than there are ACTUAL women that are into technology.

Great, yet another reason that good old fashion American spamming companies are going to be outsourced to India.

This is similar to how the F-117 got it's funding. As I recal there were a couple designs from other aerospace comanies.
