I don't really care about actual strength either, but it annoys me when one protagonist, be it male or female, only gets to show the fact that they're strong (physically, emotionally, mentally, whatever) as opposed to the OTHER protagonists instead of by being better than the antagonist.
The fact that 'Stargates' comes right after 'Traversable Wormholes' in the same project title, to me it simply sounds as shorthand for 'Traversable wormholes and the devices required to control them'.
Which is more likely? We are wrong about the possibility of asteroid ejection from solar systems, asteroid shapes, orbital mechanics and speed of ejected asteroids - or we don't know the trick to send a probe through interstellar space?

And then there is the matter of bandwidth. There's a vast difference between having a connection that can handle playing online, and one that can receive a constant video stream in 1080p.
So by getting Windows 7 to run on my new machine despite the system drive being an SSD I've managed to go back to having Obama as president despite not even being American?
If the industry would crash and burn without the money they get from the government (to the tune of 20 billion dollars) then I'd call that a subsidy. It doesn't matter that the government ultimately makes a profit from it.
