    current games are no longer something one person can write in a few weeks, it's like a movie, many people need to work on it, with high budget, for years.
    well, just like those independent movies, open source game will have its place, but we still see "major" ones are not being open source/independent.

    there's virtual keyboard in pocketpc's world, not sure if there's such thing for mac. also handwriting recognition is pretty good.
    well, for all those nice features you dont care, there are people who care and many of them, including me, not a mac fan, palm fan or ipod fan. :D

    why bother? real games dont buy Mac any way since there's merely not enough games on it and the game release of mac edition is much slower than pc edition. sad but true for mac fans.
    oh, mac fans cant get the latest version of video cards either, and the choice is very limited.

    this is very useful, as my prandpa has some bone problem, current process is to get his joint out, wash it then put it back, or put some artificial joint back. if replacement joint can be used, there would be less pain and it would work a lot better than artificial stuff.

    I dont think you need to hack it
    a CMOS based 2M digital camera with no optical zoom, a little internal memory and memory card support could be found $19.99 some where, if there's a deal or something, though the picture quality might not be that great
    you can just buy it for your kids and nobody is going to buy this "disposable" one any way.

    I dont see the fact mentioned that the PSX has stopped production in japan due to lack of sale there
    I dont think any where else in the world people throw more money into high price tech junk that's not really useful
    so it means PSX is already doomed, no idea why they are still so stupid to push it in USA, just to lose more money

    some people just never learn
    a normal fully functional PC without the need of expensive internet connection, maybe not the top of the line, but fair fast one, is less than $250, with some promotion, dell 400SC was $180 with a free palm, it was $250 a while ago too
    why on earth those people keep "inventing" those thin client, networking PC, with price tag no cheaper than a more capable PC, and trying to sell it?
    how many times they needs to try before they realize "THIS DOESNOT WORK"!!!

    digital technology will bring things together
    so that we arenot bounded by the companies who want to make profit and set the "standards", with easier hardware support from PC, we might be able to get this new color schema sooner than any "TV" comes out.
    I think HDTV will be defeated by monitors any way.

    probably he is right about himself, as there are tons of libraries and schools using dell windows xp machines as clients without frequent blue screen of death. instead of seeking different client, he should have learned how to maintain machines first.

    thinking about this, viewing video on top screen and surfing web on lower screen would be cool! there's a PDA module to convert GBA to a PDA, not very useful. but for NDS, it has touchpad! it's already a PDA!!!
