Let me preface all this by saying that I've barely watched ANY of Enterprise. Looking back on ALL Trek-related series (heck, any series worth mentioning in general, actually), they all pretty muched sucked UNTIL about 3rd season or so. Look back on TNG--HORRIBLE overacting until the character's got settled.
Who knows--maybe it's just gonna take Enterprise another season to pull out of the tailspin...

These new cards are gonna be LOOOOOOOW on the performance/price ratio, relatively speaking. That is why I usually don't like those types of graphs--they kind of give you a firm grasp of the obvious, that expensive cards have a crappy performance/price ratio compared to a more reasonable (i.e. Radeon 9600XT GeForce 5700). Not to spoil anything, but as history dictates, I would imagine that the new offerings from ATI/nVidia will be in a dead heat for last place on this particular ratio.
That, it it would seem that each card has their respective wins in different disciplines anyways... Radeon = better in newer games (Farcry, etc) and situations where you have a lot of options on, while nVidia tends to be better in older games, but not a slouch in any particular discipline either, so it would be harder to find out what index you would want to use for this particular graph.

Rather broad strokes coming from an Anonymous Coward, eh? Hate to break it to you, but QUALITY has nothing to do with it--it breaks down to the bottom $ (or rupee, as it were). Since the cost of living is much lower in India, firms can pay much less for comparable labor. Whether or not it was worth the additional infrastructure costs, language problems (yes, 'American' is NOT 'English'...), etc, is a completely different issue. Keep that in mind before you stupidly generalize the American workforce.
