    Death Panels....seriously how stupid do you have to be to not understand why people would not be for this. The biggest issue has to do with misuse. Since an INSURANCE COMPANY is asking for this, it is highly likely, based on past evidence, that insurance companies would deny people coverage. That's a fact.

    There other point is THEY'VE TRIED THIS ALREADY.....remember DEATH PANELS. In the healthcare reform debate they talked about creating efficiencies in healthcare by using a similar approach and politicians took that to mean rationing and death panels.

    Nice one troll. Yeah because it's the sick person's fault. It's not like health insurance companies deny people coverage or treatment because of prior conditions or cost. It's not like Pharmaceutical companies push drugs that patients don't need. It's not like health care bills aren't expensive so people have to chose between food on the table and going to the doctor.

    Assuming you're specious argument hols water, you ever think that the person with a large abscess has one because the don't have health insurance or can't afford the treatment.

    Umm no it's not simply that and the law doesn't state the plaintiff has to ask for that amount. They were not being reasonable. The law was written before file sharing. Thus the law could not take into consideration a request for that absurd amount of money.

    Be wary of idiots who do not know what they are talking about.

    Milwaukee teachers pay into their pension plans as well as their medical. Instead of higher salaries, compensation went into their benefits. Teachers do not start off making $60k. Starting salary is $25K. So it will take several decades for them to make $60k. FYI their pension is fully funded.

    A moron like you can start making $60k. Over your career you will make more than a teacher.

    And don't forget you total compensation is somewhere near $100k. Ask your employer. That's 401K contributions, health insurance, sick days, vacation days, holidays, bonuses, etc. Add it all up and your total compensation will equal if not rival the teachers. Why does the teachers look better? Because they have a pension. If you had a pension, you wouldn't be complaining.

    Load of horse shit! C# is only used on Windows. C# is ripped off from Java. The only reason any Windows developer uses it because of the lack of support for Visual Basic in .NET.

    Don't know where you get your facts but Java is fully supported for Linux. Oracle is taking over Java development for Apple, as Oracle has done for Windows and Linux.
