People who have bad eyesight and need to be able to feel the buttons. Or people like me who like to be able to dial without having to look at the keypad.
Tried out opera mini this morning on my N80. I recommend sticking with the N80's built in browser as it is fairly capable as rendering full website. Maybe use opera mini if you are have to use a GPRS connection.
My place of work, a top 5 US Invesment bank, is implementing a global wide policy of whole HDD encryption for *all* laptops. Hopefully whole HDD encryption will become the norm.
In another scene Ted compares some toy cows with the real cows in a nearby field: "Now, let's try it again, Dougal: these are small, but the ones out there are far away. Small...far away. Small...far away." Dougal shakes his head in amiable incomprehension.
> *: Doesn't count if you count England, Scotland and Ireland as one.
Don't count as one *country*.
You may count as one under the following contexts:
Northern Ireland, Wales, Scotland, England = United Kingdom. Wales, Scotland, England = Great Britain. Ireland, Northern Ireland, Wales, Scotland, England = British Isles.
I'm sure its the same if you need to patch RHL, OSX etc. Some people (myself included) only consider downtime if it's unplanned, i.e. crash, reboot due to unresponsiveness, etc.

I bet it requires WMP11 to sync music, which will suck just as bad as iTunes. Whatever about format support, I'll only buy a player that supports UMS. I'm going to stick with my iRiver H340 + rockbox.
Yeah, I never got the way in Windows Explorer, My Documents is a subfolder of Desktop, and My Computer is a subfolder of Desktop. Surely it would make sense that the Desktop folder be in My Documents. That way everything belonging to the user would, including documents they save to the desktop, be *under* My documents.
I realised that using my real name from the very moment I first used the 'net back in '92 (and previously on BBS) was a Bad Thing. If you search for my name on google, archive.org or wherever, you will not find me, though you will find people with the same name, but not me. And I have participated in many forums, usenet groups etc.
I was working for a company once, in a senior developer postion, that went to the wall. Because we had a well known investor nationally, a reporter picked up the story and put an article in a national Sunday newspaper. During his research he googled my name and found someone else who had a similar background to me. The reported used his profile when describing the people behind the company. There was an apology printed the following week...
Nowadays, I post as my real name if what I am posting I *want* to be found later by potential employers, etc. Otherwise, it's one of my many, many persona's...
Nope, MS is making $75 a units
Does he know you?

You find what you want, start to download and join, and a day later you are missing 1 article !! I think torrents are more reliable. Simpler too.
And it shall be called ... exertainment!! No? entercise??
Have you used msdn's or wikipedia's built-in search? They're crap. The best way to search them is with google and use 'site:en.wikipedia.com'
Looks like Tesco found their first customer!

Unlimited undo, on-the-fly spellchecker. Wow.

Inaccurate, pehaps. Mistakes, possibly. Fear Uncertainty Doubt it was not.
Typical USofA attitude.. There are two countries on the planet, USA and the rest. See, that's what's getting you in trouble.

And you keep your keys.
I'd like to add VS2003, .Net2.0, VS2005, Team System and xbox360 to that.

Wow, I just bought an 2-bed apartment for $850 a square foot. City vs country eh?

Real-world metaphor gone too far.
Afaik, for multiprocessor rigs you need to go with woodcrest (Xeon 5100 series) and not Conroe.
Why didn't you just stick with IE4?

It was first year student summer / travel work (studying E&E engineering) and really didn't care what I did as long as it was fun.
