    Given that:
    1) the CEO, all of current management, sales and computer programmers who kept their mouths shut, remain in place,
    2) the CEO being the same person who pledged to bring the elections over to the Republicans,

    what would a solid reason be which would give me ANY, even tiny, reason to put ANY amount of faith, back into Diebolt?

    Borders and visas are a 19th century invention. So, it all cases it comes down to the ritch of each region of this planet playing divide and conquer, so they can restrict movement of trade (and hence people) from anyone without enough capital to be characterised as ritch him/herself.

    Hype up the site by posting related article on Slashdot, in which you compare the site with another, of lesser value, cite a figure for the lesser-worth site, estimate that site-you-want-to-pump is worth 10 times that much. This is a classic public relations recepie to hype up an industry. Paul Graham, anyone?
