If wages haven't gone up yet, then they're lying about how hard it is to recruit.

Or maybe they're just greedy **tards who keep asking for at least 5 years of experience while giving a substandard wage.... like here in Mexico :(

Write a 95-parts manifesto in favor of evolution and hammer it on the door of your Church. Hey, it worked for Luther :)

Yes, I'm serious. Fundamentalist christians need to stop taking the Bible literally. If you need to alienate the most extremists at your church to make a point, then DO IT!

You need to preach Science to those zealots. After all, Jesus was NOT scared of the zealots in the synagogues.

A chain is as strong as its weakest link.

The point is making sure your app is NOT the weakest link here, i.e. allowing a virus to inject code thru a buffer overflow or something. And we're living in post-Sony times, it was bad enough with viruses - just wait till the rootkits start spreading.

"So, am I a genius or what?"

    - bandwidth. Because of your rootkit, I can't allocate 100% of my communication channels for my teleconferences.
    - sleep. I don't know if I'll be called by the FBI because some hacker used your rootkit to commit illegal acts using my computer.

Have girls stopped reading, to the point where the mere act of reading a book turns a girl into some kind of "über-genius-geek goddess"?

Has the world become a massive blob of anti-culture?
Have the people rejected education, culture and morals in favor of consumism so much, that we have to resort to consumism and fashion so they have to think "reading is cool" just because their favorite TV hero(ine) is a geek? Jesus!
