What fucking bullshit, I never was a Microsoft hater before that even though I used OS X, but calling my mom a criminal even though she isnt is just plain fucking bullshit. Microsoft, you made me a hater, though out of principle I refuse to use "M$"
While a class on CS and philosophy would certainly be appreciated, it is probably a rare find. So why not do what a lot of others have done and just roll your own so to speak. Take classes outside of CS(which is something that could not hurt anyway) and use them how you see fit. I think you can even get it to count for credit if that is what you are worried about. I had to take 6 credits outside of CS on an *approved list* myself, and it seems that most advisors seem pretty flexible and as long as you can make a compelling case for it(and of course as long as you are not flunking your other courses).
Have fun and remember, study as many topics as you can while you are in college. You will probably be doing CS stuff for the rest of your life, but you may only be able to easily take a class on film theory or comparative literature while you are an undergrad...

Secondly, I have had the opposite experience with supposedly "brilliant" Indians and Chinese who graduated from these wonderfully elite universities who couldn't tell their ass from a whole in the ground when it came to real computer science. What does this say? Nothing really. Just personal experiences, not statistically significant.
Not sure how you feel about monster, but one benefit they do offer is that they can hide both your name and your current employers name(though the job description is still there if you want it of course) to all employers if you make your resume searchable. The employers who like your resume then can use monster to contact you and you can send the "unprotected" resume from there.
The thing about gmails spam filter is that if you have smtp set up, gmail will NOT forward on spam messages. So occaisionally you have to log on to the web interface and double check to see you didn't miss anything important.
The "design" is just old fashioned convection heating. These seem to be more portable, though if you are never far away from a vending machine it doesn't matter much.
