They should not be playing on an English speaking server if they do not expect a language barrier. Playing a (rather strategic) game without being able to communicate effectively is one way to screw up a group run. Considering some group runs can take hours on end, you would not want the chance of having the entire run blown because of one person's inability to communicate.
Now that they changed the rating to Adult only, why not stick the content into the game now? If you are wrongfully punished, then you might as well commit the act you were punished for.
Every time i hear an opinion from anybody at Microsoft, the more i being to realize their snottyness. They seem like the spoiled rich kid of companies, acting like they are the best and have no competition.
It would look alot better with the old xbox color scheme. Black and lime green, with a glossy finish. That would really look sweet. Im surprised MS would actually follow another company's lead (worse than that, it was APPLE[as in they are rivals, im not trying to imply that apple sucks), when it comes to something as stupid as a color style.
Aside from the cheeto crumbs, hair, and coca-cola residue that build up under the caps of my keyboard, i'd say its very well maintained. Every couple months i take off all the caps of my keyboard and take a can of compressed air and some ammonia and clean everything off.
In my opinion, dell has other things to worry about than switching processors. Making computers that are more upgrade friendly would be nice start (buying a pc without AGP = suck)
It said in section about optimizing: "Moving the paging file to a RAM drive"
Isn't putting a page file on a ram drive kind of, well, counter-productive?
Google is a nice, small, honest and close-to-non-profit (Yeah, i know, they're not non-profit, but they do give out a free service to millions of people. Close enough) advertising company. I would trust them with my life. Microsoft, on the other hand, is a huge monopoly that does not give two shits about what they do to other companies, as long as they still rake in money (example: trying to wipe out every company that has emplaced any sort of competition against microsoft). Microsoft would compete with babies-r-us if they had the chance.
They don't want people to hate them anymore. They've learned from their mistakes.' Hmmm.
They already broke their new years resolution: http://linux.slashdot.org/linux/05/01/29/1511218.shtml?tid=109&tid=172&tid=106
They should stop trying to get people to stop using their comptetitor's products (*cough* firefox *cough* gmail *cough* linux), and start making their own products better.
Now we have just another thing that parents will trust (in its validity) about what their kids are doing. But in reality, its just something thats going to get gullible parents pissed at their kids for something they didn't do.

No aspect of IRC is illegal. Irc is just a protocol for chat. Other programs add in the illegal stuff, which cant really even be classified as illegal, because its just allowing one user to dc to another, and transfer files. This also blows the "99.9% of irc is illegal" bs, since there is really no way to do anything illegal with just text itself.
Why wouldnt programmers add more to their software? Its kind of like developing and using a 10,000 horsepower engine, but never pushing the throttle above 10%.
i made my own pvr,
$50 cpu, $50 ram, $100 mobo, $50 hd, $50 ati tv tuner, a cheap-ass case i picked up a yard sale, and a $20 USB bluetooth dongle so i can control it all from my cell phone.
works like a charm, but unfortunatly, its still not as nice as having a tivo.
the cable companies cant do jack shit to stop tivo from recording tv shows(technology-wise). if the cable companies encode the signal, how can they make it so that every other device in the house that uses cable can decode it, but the TiVo can't. it just doesnt work that way
how about a digg.com-type rating system?

Now when you overclock and your pc starts to heat up, you can make fried chicken!! yay!!

Its not like the screenshots show anything new. As far as I can tell, the guy simply used a different theme on windows xp.

Looks like just another all-hype app that will be just suck (its AOL, the king of giving you shit that you do not want)

I like the idea of the little door and window on the side.
