"instead of "coming clean" to a newspaper, he should have filed a wrongful termination suit."
Except for the fact that most employees in the state of Georgia are "at will". Which generally means they can fire him with or without cause. Without knowing if there was an employment contract it's just speculation.
While you're at it how about making churches pay tax, god forbid you'd want consenting sex so close to a cult that has consistently protected pedophiles.
prove the recipient doesn't have a license for the use of the IP?
Even if the holder of a license is able to prove that an individual obtained a copy via what ever protocol, be it from a swarm, FTP or any method, how is that proof the recipient lacks license? How much longer do we have to wait before the burden of proof is restored to a legal level from the current mobster level that exists?
I believe that TCP/IP was built to assure that markets can't control the network. Additionally the IETF's process has done a pretty good job of protocol ratification and (for the most part) kept the playing field level.

You grant Google tracking permissions and can opt out. You've been able to do this since like 2008, but it's just been recently that they've screwed up the interface.
" That means if they went under right now, their creditors, including depositors, would get 5 cents on the dollar."
A little misleading. Everyone is covered by the FDIC, which I believe covers $250k per person. So if they "went under" it would be significantly more of an issue then the bank failure (or being out of trust).
#1 "He" wouldn't have been flying it, it would have been autonomous

Besides the rant, this guys got to be a real knuckle dagger or have other motivation as the camera resolution is 640x480. Here's some pictures and a review so you can see the toy he was flying.

Are you familiar with the focal attributes of the cameras included on most quad-copters? Most of them are so wide angled one needs to process the video to rid fish-eye. Additionally, I don't know of any with zoom features.

Regardless of the investment stated the problem with this countries "state owned" businesses are that profit isn't needed as quickly as other markets.
Even if 76 billion is the initial commitment, they can sell at a loss for years until there's no competition.
Then what?

It's way past time that we encrypt and obfuscate all communication.
