It sounds good, but as long as the virus is still there it's going to mess up the new immune system too. It's like if someone throws garbage into the can without a bag in it. It doesn't matter how many times you change the bag or how many you put in, it's still going to smell because the trash is still there.

  3. No, this is why the music industry is crumbling on DRM-Free Music Spells Trouble? · · Score: 1

    http://www.thebestpageintheuniverse.net/c.cgi?u=musicindustry

Start with about the fifth paragraph and go down.

Then combine that with the staggering amount of terrible, poorly written, poorly performed "music" out there promoted by the big labels, and there's no longer any mystery surrounding the demise of the industry. If they'd sign some decent artists and not try to rip their customers off, things might be a lot different.

Yeah, I just read the last article about it. That doesn't make sense when I compare it to any other religion I've encountered. Christians and Jews and Muslims and all, they freely post their scripture and encourage people to memorize, recite, share...it's the word of their God. If it is the truth, as Scientologists believe, why wouldn't they want it to be spread? It's like even they know it's all a sham, for making money and not about truly helping people.

Capitalism is not perfect, just like nothing is, but it works better than anything else we can come up with.

I'm going to have to agree. People are too easily offended and way too quick to sue these days. Suck it up, grow a pair, and quit whining about every little thing you don't like. Remember back when children were taught that life isn't fair? I know I was. I guess kids these days are taught that life is supposed to be fair, the government makes everything fair, and you can sue anything you don't like. And this isn't about wheelchair ramps or anything, this is a website that doesn't happen to be designed a certain way. If you don't like it, shop somewhere else. If they lose enough business, they will change. Meanwhile, anything that can be bought at Target can also be bought elsewhere.

I'm not a business major nor do I ever want to work for a large corporation, but what I do not understand is why profits constantly have to be rising. As long as they're not falling, why does it matter? You can only go so high, that just makes sense. If you're pulling in a consistent but steady profit, what is the problem? Why does it always have to be more? Is it just pure greed?

And the people did rejoice and did feast upon the lambs and toads and tree-sloths and fruit-bats and orangutans and breakfast cereals ... Now did the Lord say, "First thou pullest the Holy Pin. Then thou must count to three. Three shall be the number of the counting and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither shalt thou count two, excepting that thou then proceedeth to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the number of the counting, be reached, then lobbest thou the Holy Hand Grenade in the direction of thine foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."

You absolutely have no idea what you're talking about. At the risk of "omg, flamebait", I have to say it. First of all, while God wasn't subject to Jewish law, the people interpreting and actually penning the words very much were. You

"doubt conditions of law played any role in the Judeo-Christian doctrine of Murder." but Jewish law is all over the Old Testament, where the context is a very rigorous set of rules. If you are writing a book that (at least for the moment) seems to be documenting something happening right here and right now, you don't feel the need to elaborate on what the society you are in at the time considers vernacular. "Murder" would mean a justified taking of a life based on a narrow but defined set of conditions. Take the wars for example, God wanted them to fight and kill if they had to, when it came to defending their country, culture, etc. To "read it as it's written", sir, you must consider the context and society of the time when it was written, which was very different from today's.

It's a message of forgiving and realizing that people are not perfect. But they should strive to be. He isn't tolerating the behaviour, but he's saying that he knows humans aren't perfect and he is willing to forgive them, out of love. Similar (on a grand scale) to how we overlook flaws in the ones we love, because of the fact that we love them.

The point is, for a real relationship anyway (not just sex), the sorority girl is not the type you want anyway. Even if you try to change or hide who you really are and get her to like you more, she's really not liking YOU.
