Can you get a civil service job if you can't speak English in Alberta or Ontario or any English-speaking province? If you can't speak the official language of the province. You shouldn't be allowed to work in the civil service. Enough said.
I think its purpose is for individual learning and cursory information. You're right, it won't be a "legitimate, citable source", but who cares? It gets you started in the right direction.
Heat is always flowing. Things have an energy state (and for thermal energy that's essentially its temperature), but that's it. static heat really doesn't exist. It's conducting, radiating or convecting, or else you wouldn't be able to measure any heat. Also, constant temperature doesn't mean there's no heat flow, it means flow in = flow out (to put it simply).
English is derived from Norman, when the Normans occupied the British Isle. This is well before anything resembling the nation of English existed. I don't doubt that English has since influenced French (being an engineer, linquistics isn't my strong point), but old versions of French came before old English
I don't know how it is at other places, but here at the University of Western Ontario you can email your profs, go to their office hours, or go to just the tutorials to bug the TAs. So there's other times besides lectures to ask questions.
And the Wii's other gimmick... fun games. Shame Sony rarely thinks of that one. (and I bought a PS2 and not a gamecube, yet own 2 games for the PS2 and have spent more time playing gamecube at friends' places)
Assumably, Vice City and San Andreas don't count as 4 since they were just modifications of 3, with some improvements. Perhaps 4 is going to be completely redone?
That's because the PS1 controller is perfect the way it is.
Um... no? Not only is it just the super nintendo control pad with 2 extra R/L buttons (and later 2 sticks, which I'll admit were pretty decent), but there was a better controller at the time! The N64 controller! Now that was a work of genius... they should have stayed closer to it for the gamecube instead of trying to make something closer to the sony/microsoft product. At least they're going to make an awesome (and completely different) Wii controller.
Is this referring to the American school system? Because I'm a second year university student, and in high school we learned VB, Java and a bit of C++. And in first year Engineering (and I mean Chemical Engineering, not Software Engineering) we furthered C++ and bit of just C. So maybe it's just your school system that's out of whack.
They don't want DRMed crap being sold in their names, that's not the same as the group wanting people to pirate their music. Any musician in their right mind doesn't want people pirating their music... but any musician that respects their fans (and BNL is a great example of such a group) wouldn't want DRMed shit limiting their fans' listening experience, either.

Surely you meant governor Harper of the state of Canada? *shudder*
Don't watch much Futurama, do you?

My 4 roommates and I have that exact program. There's only so much one can download in a month. We've never hit that limit, even when we try to.
...Unless newer technology finds dimmer stars, and they have to lower the minimum again.
That's about the last thing I want to see in my glass. I try to avoid THOSE bars.
Point: welcome to the world of internet people making assumptions pulled completely out of their asses.
you mean your EX-wife, soon enough.
Your karma was saved at "drunk"
Agreed. Especially about the Freestyle. Why must 2-4 pm be the time of pain and misery on Canadian radio?

Well, it's inconvenient and unsafe for THEM.
Have you played SWG?
Pink Floyd wouldn't lie to us! Also, we really don't need no education.
second hand smoke IS dangerous. I know people who have gotten lung cancer from second hand smoke. But you're right on the other 3 counts.

Hey, I work in the oil industry, and all I have to say is that if that bothers you, don't eat any of the following, either:
Processed Cheese.
Gummi Bears... well Gummi anything.
Many other random, "artificial" products.

Well, now I know the War on Drugs has failed.
