technically the speeding ticket is thrown out, but they replace it with driving with improper/non functioning equipment. Same fine, no points.
Atleast thats what it was in 93 when I was speeding, ugh I mean driving with improper/non fuctioning equip., in that brown two tone 81 Caprice Classic station wagon.
My how times have changed.....now I have a two tone minivan.
Then theres the people who lead a life of crime, these are the shitbags, they know what they are doing is wrong but they do it anyways, they think that capital punishment won't happen to them because they won't be caught. Actually I think its
because they won't be caught. and even if they do get caught, and receive the death penalty, it will be 27yrs before their appeals are exhausted at which point they will be senile and therefore deemed unfit for execution.
Congressman Ellison of Minnesota (a muslim) was sworn in with his hand a Koran, don't see why they wouldn't extend the same courtesy to other religions.
Of course if Hillary gets elected they'll be using the Devil's Bibble.
My sentiments exactly. It is much more desirable (for me, not necessarily for the politicians) to be able to vote for a politician based on their true beliefs, not what they want me to hear. Unfortunately for the politicians, when my position changes, I'll be looking for a representative that views the issue as I do, meaning that unless they have miraculously changed their view to match mine, their out of a job. Much easier to reconfigure their opinion than to run for a new office.
"I can still have gas at $2"
I don't know where your living but its been a long time since I could get a gallon of gas for 2 bucks. 2.60 at the pump last night.

actually,
from TFA they are suing the handset makers, not the chipset manufacturers.
"Matsushita, Samsung and Nokia are some of CSR's largest customers, said WRF attorney Steven Lisa. Instead of suing CSR, he said the organization decided to act against the handset makers because the chipset manufacturer may not know which chips are headed to the United States, where the patent is enforceable, but the device-maker would."
I don't know if this is a relevant analogy but; When I open up in OpenOffice a document I created in Word, is it Word's fault or OO 's fault that it doesn't look the same as when I created it in Word? Formatting and fonts is one thing, but if my walls don't line up well that's a bigger issue.
the problem with disabling said warning is that if a.dwg file that was not generated by AutoCad caused autocad to crash and destroy contents of said file, who's the user going to blame?
AutoCad, even though it was the "non genuine".dwg file that caused the problem.
your problem is you don't have enough friends who are police officers. If you did, you'd feel a bit different about that "thin blue line" wouldn't you.
After all, if your the one "not being held accountable" for traffic violation, well that ain't so bad.
I couldn't tell you either way. Of course, the only one that ever visits my page is me so I didn't spend much time looking at PageRank. When I google myself I don't even come back as the first listing, and that's using my full name.
AWESOME!!!
+1 on the Brother HL-2070N, very happy with ours, both the Win7 and Snow Leopard machines print without issues.
and as a happily married guy i laughed very loudly as well...
I think global thermonuclear war might take care of that problem. Lots of wildlife around Chernobyl.

Ground Penetrating Sonar (requisite "cat got your tongue" redundancy)
according to TFA, it makes enough fuel from the autofluff (ground up tire refuse) to run the machine
but now you can hotwire it with your cellphone and you don't have to lug around that pesky coathanger
hmmm...maybe it was Richard's ex-girlfriend mcay

"your problem is you haven't been beaten up enough by police men" i don't know that I'd classify not being beaten up as a problem
