Growing up, I lived in North Central Indiana, and never got any cool shows. I was lucky enough to get a Chicago station (WGN) that aired G.I. Joe, M.A.S.K., and The Transformers. As well as The Bozo Show, but that's another story. I wanted desperately to be able to see Gamepro TV. It might have sucked, but I had no way of knowing. Sometimes I miss the olden days where we had to wait for magazines to find out what's new in gaming.
Mob Rule takes over.
I waited for 12 hours at circuit city in Chicago, was third in line. There were 9 systems total, 6 360's and 3 core units. At about 1 am, a friend of the two guys behind me showed up. There were about 12 people in line at this time. At 9am when the manager arrived and started handing out tickets, the 10th place guy (1st to not get one) started complaining about that guy who showed up at 1am and sat with his friends in 4th and 5th place. The manager asked all of us if that was true, we all agreed. So he told the latecomer sorry and gave the 10th place guy the last ticket.
I'm pretty sure had the manager not cared, a skirmish would have broken out (10th place guy had a friend too, and my money would have been on them).
Sorry about typing "guy" so much, because as we all know, that's all there were.
Because this isn't brand new technology, just improved existing. Don't get me wrong, i'd follow Nintendo into hell. But if it is indeed just a suped up gamecube, how many problems could their be?

Another way to look at the $250 price. The extra 50 dollars is a lifetime of free "Live" service for the Wii, instead of just a year.
Oh, and the North America part of www.wii.com is up now.
I totally agree with you.

HELL. YES.
I just watched the video off of IGN's website, in one part, there was a guy using it as a sword. You could hear them clang. This has to happen, George, I hope your up late like me watching this because this has to happen.
Dialpad.com is what you are thinking of. Yea, sound was nice, slight delay. My friend would call me from Phoenix (I was in IN). Good to get points across, but not the greatest for long (see hours) conversations.
So the book you pay for has a chapter pointing to websites with free information?
Brilliant!!!
I am gonna write a book filled with web sites that tell you how to write books filled with web sites.
For bad taste jokes. I don't think there are enough yet, but I Must Be New Here (TM).

Either way, good to see companies fighting over making games for the Wii.
I haven't seen a website like that since the mid 90's.
Wait, so we're not supposed to reply to this? Ok, I won't then.

Am going to have to get another CCNA (Certified Cicso Nintendo Administrator) certification.
I am guessing that, like most electronics, the warranty for this console is only 90 days. After that, what's it matter if you rip the stickers off.
Will it be possible to put Windows XP or Vista on Apple's new x86 hardware?

You had me until "trillion fafillion dollahs". Sorry, sounded like a something a child would say, you big stinky poop head.

I have heard this story like a decade ago, but it was about a guy that worked in a magnet factory and tried to take a couple home in his pockets.
I would gladly pay 60 dollars for a MMORPG if I didn't have to pay monthly fees.
Here we go again with, most likely, another round of Revolution speculations.
not clones, replicants... I even previewed that tooo...
um.... Blade Runner was about clones.....so....yea...not the same.
Why don't you just buy the cheaper one, format the drive, and install what you want (should it not be WinXP).
Is there some big counterfeit Processor ring I don't know about? What if the program detects a non-genuine Intel/AMD?

Is this your record for longest trip or shortest trip?
