What makes these people terrorists? Personally, I prefer the terms "murderer", "fucking dipshit moron sack of crap" or "Nick Griffin". I admit the last one is a bit harsh.
If we have fingerprints, it's genetically possible to be born without, so it's very likely that that mutation existed in the history of evolution, and that one of those specimen procreated, creating that fingerprint-less type of monkey/man.
I would actually question to what extent this is a possibility. Human skin has all sorts of textures and patterns, most of which we don't treat with any significance. It may be that smooth skin is actually difficult to produce by biological processes. This is a possibility that should at least be considered.
I'm not American but it looks like the problem in the US is that everyone votes for one of the two main parties (or the one party as you call it). The voters speak every election and they always say that they WANT to be ruled by two parties.
Most CFLs have a power factor of 0.5. A device with a power factor of 0.5 means the device uses twice the rated power. Residential power users don't usually pay for the power needed to correct for a low power factor.
This doesn't seem like much of a problem on a device rated 11W especially if I'm not paying for the extra.
You missed the most important part.
The Roman chariots were made that particular width so that two horse could be tied to the front. So the design of the solid rocket booster is derived from the size of two Roman horses' arses.
There's already a version of the volkswagon golf that can do 50 mpg. Getting this sort of technology into most cars by 2016 doesn't sound unrealistic to me.
The irony of The Guardian advocating a profit-driven, competitive, capitalist solution to the current woes of the news industry can't have gone unnoticed to you.
What irony? The Guardian will print almost anyone so seeing anything advocated isn't that rare.
I'm not saying you're wrong but you don't seem to have included any information about the quality of either medium (Dynamic range, frequency response, distortion etc).
In every literature class I've taken (up to age 18) writing on the books has been ok and even encouraged. Usually it was just cross references and words that had changed meanings. The books that got most annotations were Jacobean plays which are available for practically nothing so buying them and only using them for the course wasn't a problem. I don't imagine things would be very different at university level.
If it did I'd be impressed. Facial recognition, depth perception and accurate robot arm control on a handheld device would be a major technical achievement.
The notions of democracy and liberty all started with the English Civil War and we're not exactly the nicest bunch of people on the planet when we feel we need to start defending them.
And we were so bad at democracy and freedom that we had to ask the monarchy to come back.

If Sweden has been anything like the UK then there have been no parties ignoring privacy issues. Just parties that trample all over them.
Why not sign it with yourself? Mum could easily rip you off.
Personally I would like to see h.264 adopted if the licensing issues can be sorted out.
I'm sure there's a non-GPL implementation of h.264 that microsoft can use. Licensing shouldn't be a problem at all.

this is intended to stop you from buying thing from countries where things are priced cheaper.
Please explain how getting a good price for something is objectionable.
Since you've developed the apps needed, couldn't you provide them to other local governments?
Do they accept cash or just bullion?

Any lawyer that can't come up with a production order that sticks to court ordered criteria should be sanctioned on the spot.
Be careful. One day you might end up hiring this lawyer. You don't think sanctions are free for the client do you?

Have you tried electing different lawmakers?
AI isn't a technical failure (yet). The problem is that no one has written the specification.

I worked for a telemarketing company for a while.
Congratulations. You just won a bestiality porn subscription. Enjoy
Or get a lawyers and find out what you can do and how to behave and what to say if the police come to your door.
This is pretty simple. You have the right to say nothing to the police and you should use it. IANAL

Bollocks.
Urrrm.... Can I say BSD? ...BSD .... urrm... fuck yeah?
Is that right?

3. The user has a right to use (eat) the product, but does not become its owner.
Would the user have to return the product to the owner when they've finished using it?

Those aren't adult lyrics. They're teenage at best. Still brilliant tho.
