    Not as much as you would think.... Windows help system is based on iexplore.exe

    Help in windows is pretty useless, but help in some of my applications is occasionally required. Stupid, pointless, anti-trust integration.

    I have a new(ish) 64bit IBM IntelliStation Pro that has never had anything but XP-64 on it. It still has the above mentioned files.

    Because they are professional killers* and need the best tools available. Unless they plan on remaining professional killers after returning to civilian life, they should surrender their weapon.

    *I am a military brat and have the highest respect and admiration for those who serve. This does not change the fact that a soldier's role is to "make some poor bastard die for his [country]". And, frankly, I do not wish it otherwise.

    Unfortunately in the ultra competitive ecology that is Mote Prime, a very high birth rate is an almost overwhelming advantage. Like the warrior caste, any rational leader caste would be foolish to voluntarily limit their reproduction. They would be quickly crowded out by their competition.

    Because, more than anything else, the military is a bureaucracy. Getting any one branch's personnel to routinely operate under the command of another branch is extremely difficult. Nevermind the budgeting nightmare.

    First you have to separate the bloom from the water, then you have to separate the algae from all the other gunk skimmed with it, then you have to separate the triglyceride bits from the non triglyceride bits. Then you hope that the oil fractions of the particular species are high enough to make it worth your while.

    All of these things can be done, but often they require more energy than is in the oil.

    The CCXR may develop more power on E85, but it does it with a lower fuel economy (15mpg vs 17mpg of the CCX) thus undercutting your argument that the ethanol is more efficient.

    I will grant that this is a high level sports car and the engine is tuned accordingly. I would like to see someone build a flex fuel engine than focuses on fuel economy rather than peak horsepower.
