We use notes at work and while it's not my favorite client we run it for 25,000 users at a cost of 9.00 per user. There isn't anything that compares to that price. "in my very limited knowledge of enterprise clients" The new web based Notes is almost the same as your desktop and they can share address books etc. It's very functional has a wysiwyg text editor much like gmail. Now I'm saying NEW.. but of course this being government we're a couple of versions down from the current Notes release. We're at 6.5. Notes client is still a bit of a resource hog.

Ea's desire is a subscription based software system. First you pay to get special weapons etc because you can only play on their servers.. a single step more is well just pay us x.00 per month and we'll take care of all that nasty ping for you and server lag. They have absolutely no interest in providing an excellent upgrade to the existing battlefield series. I for one would take desert combat back over anything else from EA. Where's CO-OP? ever try and find a server with 20ms ping AND 60 players?

    Nuclear Wessels?
HERE! The USS Enterprise was the world's first nuclear powered aircraft carrier, having eight reactor powering four shafts, two of those reactors reactors powering each shaft. With nuclear power came the ability for aircraft carries to sustain operations longer, have more endurance themselves, and the many other capabilities and innovations now common to the Nimitz class nuclear aircraft carriers. And if memory serves me.. when I was on this ship it was the fastest in the fleet. They could outrun any other carrier.

Fortunately I keep a fairly accurate account of what I like and know and already have. I rarely go looking for their recommendations on movies. I go there looking for a specific actor/acresses's work,or a specific genre. I do use the fact they will add more movies with the same person into recommendations. My wife just puts up every kids movie ever made so I don't have to worry about that part of the queue!

But I've ran many a card with only a heatsink and i've never had one yet that didn't cause artifacting etc. The problem with a stock card with no fan is if you take heatsink off it and replace with fan, you've generally voided warranty. Now we all know over the last few years MFG's have lightened up on refusing a warranty because we overclocked/cooked their card. Even going so far as to provide us the tools to do so. However changing the hardware of a card is generally going to void the warranty. Not that it's ever stopped us geeks from doing it.. but I typically cool a card very well externally while overclocking until I decide if putting a after market fan will be effective and reward me with a nice OC.
