    That's if you're searching for "kinderstart." I didn't RTFA, but I have a feeling that they are bitching about results and ranks for other searches. Now, I don't believe that Google can do no wrong, but I do believe that this site (as a portal) probably doesn't deserve much of a rank or consequently many results for related searches.

    You obviously never shopped for PSX games around the time of the PS2 launch. It had the largest library at launch time of any system in history.

    You are overgeneralizing this way too much. There are many more problems than just whether the representative cares. What about language comprehension? I know someone that refuses to call Dell because everytime she has she hasn't been able to understand the person's accent. She also says that the representatives don't seem to understand her, though this may be about her southern accent, I doubt that.

    I thought you were going to say that since there aren't any fans it has a 0dBA rating. It doesn't lack fans because of the rating, but the other way around.
