I played D&D casually as a teenager and as an adult. The mere mention of D7D is top criteria for identifying a geek. D&D is a part of American just like the hoola hoop and the Frisbee.

  2. YOU GUYS WANT MORE TAXES!!!??? on If IP Is Property, Where Is the Property Tax? · · Score: 0

Wow. I can't believe it. Besides, the premise is completely flawed. Do we pay taxes on wardrobes we own (our clothes)? Our gadgets? How about computers? May, since you guys want more taxation so much, we should tax you for every computer and tv you own?

You are insane to want more taxation.

    I agree.
    A) You can't target a specific nation. Much of China's pollution blows over to north America.
    B) You have to sue the consumers. You have to sue SUV owners and Enron subscribers etc

The only thing this lawsuit will accomplish is to diminish how serious the consumer is about global warming.

Thank you! At least I am not the only one ignoring Adobe. However, Adobe probably ignores Linux users because they are the free software types and would probably steal Photoshop rather than buy it.

I swear I asked an honest question and get modded down. So I don't fully understand Wine. Does that make my post Flamebait!?

  6. Evolution is theory on New Science Standards Approved in Florida · · Score: 0, Troll

Evolution as the origin of life is a theory. It can't be reproduced under controlled circumstances using the Scientific Method. Any of you who believe Evolution as fact have made a leap of faith and are in essence practicing your own religion. The most sophisticated person would understand the difference between fact and theory. They would also accept Evolution and religion at the same time since they do not contradict each other. Or at least TOLERATE the other. Many of you people have to stop being haters and learn to tolerate.
