I have yet to see a major litigation case involving HIPAA. Working in the healthcare software industry I know we are all waiting for the hammer to come down on someone, anyone so that we can observe the holes in the systems. However, this lack of trial history (IMHO) is actually making it more difficult to build good system. Why? over-architecture. analysis paralysis. Too many designers designing the be all end all of systems, rather a nicely tailored system to fit the current needs of a healthcare provider.

An excellent idea. I should hope that Microsoft could actually make that happen. So the question is: if your really committed, you better ask for that environment.
I almost took a job with the UCLA NASA branch for the doomed lander (yes it crashed 1 month later (yeah the metric/english thing)) and asked the PM why didnt you use the tried and proven beach ball design. The response, weight. Apparently it cost triple the price in strap on rockets for the delta to get the beach ball into orbit, vs the traditional retro rocket platform.
