You don't really need to wait. VMware server (their free product) has "experimental" support for Solaris 10, and official support on workstation/ESX. So you can at least try it out and see if you really want to get some supported hardware.
Even if that were true (all the citations I read say the treaties are bilateral), the respective governments signed the treaty. Are government officials in Europe illiterate? I thought we had it bad in the US...
Lars Erik Gustav Lindstrom was extradited to Norway in 1999, against an Federal Appeals court order of a stay while his case was being reviewed.
It was more than 8 years. There was a 3-D movie using polarized glasses in Epcot in the early 80's (pretty lousy though), which was replaced in the mid-80's with Captain EO (pretty good), replaced again with the current Honey I shrunk the Audience. I will say the current batch of 3D movies they have now at Disney World are all excellent. Incorporating physical gags (air puffs, water squirts, smells, etc.) into the movies make these great fun for the kids.
Far as I can tell the RealD stuff is just an improvement over this. Oh and it is all digital...ooooo....
No it is because it is the mass produced stuff, which is generally pretty crap in Europe also. All mas produced chocolate is pretty crap. Just because they make it in Europe doesn't make it good. I tried a number of commercial candies in Germany, UK, France, all about the same level of crap as the stuff in the US, though I do give an extra bit of scorn to the US manufacturers that won't use real sugar. The mass market stuff is made for kids. It is garbage, EVERYWHERE.
Now, if you are talking about the high end stuff, yes, the European stuff will taste worse in the US, because it has been sitting in a boat/plane for weeks on end. There is plenty of REALLY good chocolate in the US, you just won't be able to buy it in your everyday store. Here is a pretty nice selection:
I will say though that Ghirardelli is approaching mass market quality, so it is hit or miss. I also enjoy Newman's Own, which is mass market, but good quality, for when I don't want to spend a lot of $$ on a treat.
Man, I could care less about the ads (just tune them out, play a game on my phone) or the overpriced snacks (bring a bag of candy with me if I want some). It is the other people that keep me from the theater. The morons that bring a small children to 300 or the Descent. The idiots that won't stop talking. The constant crinkling of candy wrappers. Drives me nuts, much rather just sit at home to watch a movie than have to deal with everyone else.

Yeah, it does that if you leave Automatic Updates at the default setting of download and install. That is why you change it to one of the other options, either Download and notify you of updates available or just notify you that here are updates to download (or you can turn it off completely). Problem solved.
Actually, when you install Win2003 (at least R2) it will pop up a screen at first boot asking you to 1. Update the computer and 2. Configure automatic updates.
Will not disable...other than as described in Sections 10.3.1 through 10.3.5 above. In other words, if the events described in section 10.3.1-10.3.5 happen then it expires the keys in the device. 10.3.2 says if the key was extracted or disclosed in violation of the license agreement. That pretty much covers all the hacks I would think.

...If the version of MKB recorded on the media is higher than the version of HRL
that the drive has stored in its non volatile memory, the drive verifies the signature in the Host Revocation List
Record of MKB as specified in section 3.2.5.2. If the signature is successfully verified, the drive shall replace
the previously stored HRL data, if any, with the newly read HRL data...
Actually, if you insulate your house it doesn't get hotter, it simply regulates the temperature better. It will stay cooler longer and heat up slower than a non-insulated house in the summer; and stay hotter longer and cool down slower than a non-insulated house in the winter.
In general when people talk about being against female circumcision they mean genital mutilation which is the removal of the clitoris. This cannot really be compared with male circumcision. I would say an equivalent to the female genital mutilation which people are so outraged about in men would involve the removal of the head of the penis.
Are you talking about the tzedit utility? That has been available for a while. I used it to update a couple of Windows 2000 servers I had back in January. KB 914387 has been around for a while.
Cannot personally verify the Whole Food's brand. Another possible is Trader Joe's, but I haven't found any info on their brand, most of the forzen foods I buy from them are sugar though. Might be a couple others.
I think everyone is kind of looking at this the wrong way. Sure you get a performance hit, but yu are testing maximum performance. That is a situation where you wouldn't want to virtualize anyway. If the system is running at 100% utilization, then leave it alone. It is more interesting to take your servers running at 20-30% util (if that, how many idle server do YOU have?), and cram them all into a couple of boxes. You most likely WON'T see a perfromance drop because there was so much headroom on the system already. Virtualization struggles at the max utilization case, but then that is not the case that it is really meant for.
You don't virtualize 1:1, if your system needs a whole box to do its job it shouldn't be virtualized. That 4x quad core server should be able to handle 20+ VMs if you put enough memory in it. Everything doesn't need 100% of a cpu core 100% of the time, that is the whole point of virtualizing.
I don't know where you or Paul Thurrot shop, but in my town (silicon valley) there have been PS3 available (as in PS3 boxes sitting on shelves) in Best Buy and Fry's for the past couple of months.
I am not sure if they are the base model or the super ultra deluxe model since I have never wanted one, so never look.
The Wii on the other hand...I have NEVER seen one of those on the shelves, I just keep reading posts saying they are in stock at XX, then an hour later, they are sold out.
Creative has owned E-MU since 1993. The SB Live! was built around the E-MU 10k1. I would think if creative is going to cause E-MU to suck it would have happened by now.
I have thrown and been hit by textbooks before. They really do not hurt that much (and don't fly that well, especially the thick ones, tend to open up, and they are VERY easy to dodge), I would have little confidence in stopping anyone with a textbook. Also, WTH are you studying with a 10-15 lb text book? This 1700 page beast weighs 5 pounds according to amazon: http://www.amazon.com/University-Physics-Modern-11 th/dp/080538684X/ref=pd_bbs_7/103-9873973-0585440? ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1179191487&sr=8-7
I really need to take some statistics courses.
What did they do to the No Exposure group? Everyone is higher than the control group, the female table 3 one absurdly so.

I bet this guy wishes the US-France extradition treaty was one-way:

This is a pretty crappy "one-way" Extradition treaty if you ask me...
The US has ~25% of the worlds coal reserves. China has ~12%. So, US has coal too I guess??

Curse of the Golden Flower is really not that good. Pretty typical/boring plot. It LOOKS beautiful though. Nice costuming also. :P

Those articles both talk about corn derived ethanol. Brazil gets their ethanol from sugarcane, which is a MUCH better source.
