If you're ignorant like me, and don't know what Xen is... its VM software that allows you to run multiple operating systems concurrently with close to native performance.
The i386, x86_64 and ppc distributions are the binary relases compiled for the respective CPU platform. You probably want to download one of these distributions based on what you're using for hardware.
The SRPMS are RPM source code distributions which are obviously platform independant.
Why do companies keep bringing out these all singing and dancing products that do everything under the sun? I don't think people want one gadget that does everything. Would you want a machine that combines all these into one package. It can be (and I think has been) done, but would you *want* it?
I think they would, you've pretty much described a PC.

Corner Gas is the first significantly successful Canadian-produced sitcom in decades What about The Trailer Park Boys? They even show it (heavily edited) on BBC America in the U.S.
I have to say, FC3 with its 2.6 kernel supported SATA a lot better than the commercial RHEL3 with its 2.4 stuff. In one case I ended up having to go with FC3 over RHEL3 for this reason.
Fortunately RHEL4 released last month fixed this issue.
Interesting. I thought I was the only one who was having that problem because my installation was screwy. Once in a while on my FC3 desktop the resolver will refuse to look up certain addresses for no apparent reason.
This is a clever strategy on the part of Microsoft. The Koreans will be brought to their knees when they realize they need Windows to play Starcraft.
Not sure why you were modded a troll here. Your post was pretty insightful I thought.
Makers != Creators
Makers == Publishers
While it's interesting that Linux has moved into the barnyard, it still has a way to go before it facilitates sex with a mare. Disappointing.
In Korea, only old people work for Korea.
With 5 SCSI drives running, that thing must be as loud as a mofo though.
You should have worked the "In Korea..." joke in there somehow.
I agree! This is a graph based on what? Book sales??
.NET titles.
There is a shitload of java related books out there. There are far fewer published
Is the number of books sold on a particular development platform really indicative of the sucess or penetration of that particular technology?
I'd prefer to see some more quantitative hard stats on platform deployment(like Netcraft confirming it!) before leaping to any conclusions.

I believe Swanson has hack out for those with laps too narrow to handle this bad boy.
I believe it confirms it.
Hopefully the series will include the long awaited cameo of Natalie Portman, naked, petrified and covered in hot grits.

There's ADOdb, a database abstraction layer for PHP. It supports a long list of different database drivers.
The above poster is completely correct. The use of the prefix "ir" and the suffix "less" on a single word is totally redundant.
Come on, at least the link is on the CBC
