Chaos theory always seemed to me to be the link between Darwin & God. Not that it means God must exist. It would just mean God could exist (in harmony with the theory of evolution).
An all-knowing God would consider evolution the easiest way to achieve creation. Why do fundamentalists believe in a stupid God who does everything the hard way?
Of course, people who can't understand metaphors are going to have a hell of a time understanding science.
As of September 15, 2011, there have been a total 71 VAERS reports of death among those who have received Gardasil®. There were 57 reports among females, 3 were among males, and 11 were reports of unknown gender. Thirty four of the total death reports have been confirmed and 37 remain unconfirmed due to no identifiable patient information in the report such as a name and contact information to confirm the report. A death report is confirmed (verified) after a medical doctor reviews the report and any associated records. In the 34 reports confirmed, there was no unusual pattern or clustering to the deaths that would suggest that they were caused by the vaccine and some reports indicated a cause of death unrelated to vaccination.
It's a bullshit question. Read-end collisions are caused by idiots hitting you from behind. It's not like they wouldn't have hit you if you stopped for some other reason.
However, ultimately the question is not whether they prevent accidents, bring in revenue, or make the sun shine brighter. The only question to answer is do the voters want them. If the majority of people (not the majority of people complaining, but the majority of people voting) want them, then they should stay. If they don't, then they should go.
Generally, when they're talking about fuel production from cellulose, they aren't using what we would eat. If you can get fuel from the waste, then you don't have to use the food.
So, the idea is harvest the kernels, then convert the stalks, leaves, husks, and cobs into fuel.
The reason they have to pull over is so that they don't park their car at the bar with the engine running. I've known convicted drunks who did just that.
They also get someone else to blow in it to start the car. I can barely believe that a sober person would be willing to do that, but it happens.
Your personal experience is not statistically significant.
It is always wrong to blame the victim. No one deserves bullying, and the victim of bullying is not at fault. Being different does not give someone the right to abuse you, any more than having money gives someone the right to rob you.
I keep wondering why anyone cares what he thinks video games are. Who elected him in charge of all that is art? It's the people who care what he thinks. I wouldn't even put him in charge of deciding what is a good movie. I'm certainly not interested in his opinions of the artistic merit of video games.
Sorry, there is nothing in "...threw a can of Red Bull at her..." to imply empty or full. You assume it was empty. I could assume it was full. Neither assumption is more valid than the other.
Maybe they weren't thirsty anymore. Maybe they didn't care about the cost because they didn't have to pay for it, or they didn't have to pay for anything else. Maybe they were trying it for the first time & decided they didn't like it. Maybe they cared more about torturing the girl than finishing a Red Bull.
Regarding American Culture, there is currently a TV show called "Glee" about a fictitious group of misfit students forming a show choir in their High School. They routinely show unpopular kids getting full slushy drinks (It is supposed to represent a 7-11 "Big Gulp") thrown at them by the popular kids: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JWetvraKCA8
If you want the answers:
1) The price would be insignificant to me now, and the price would have been even more insignificant to me when I was a teenager and had no expenses.
2) A full or nearly full beverage container is much, much more demeaning.
3) As a projectile, mass matters. As humiliation, getting drenched in sticky drink is significant.
4) Most don't. Some do. Most people also don't bully. Some do. Most people can survive the bullying. Some don't.
They can't. You own the copyright on the script.
If the active ingredient is the same it is considered the same. However, binders and coatings can have a dramatic effect on how it works.

No, he meant "Amrecian Elngish"
Try to keep up.
It could be that the judge gets it. Perhaps he saw that the newspapers were asking for enough rope to hang themselves with and gave it to them.
Wow. You should have gone all the way up and read the article. It's about a class in the Los Altos School District.
Some employees just suck. If you don't think so, you're probably one of them.
From the article:
"So too in Sweden are surrogate mothers illegal."

I don't think the parent was saying there aren't any. Just that the TSA security theater isn't finding them.
...especially in animals like humans which are clearly quite intelligent but also strongly influenced by instinctive desires.
Coraline is the movie I think of when I think of great 3D

How about a single page letter with a cancelled campaign check made out to the opposition?
>It's kind of the ultimate way of saying, here we are.
Or "here we were", if it turns out we really did need the money somewhere else.
What is your degree in?
Murphy's birth control. It only works for people who want to have kids.
> the Japanese tried to play the Imperialist game and no-one would let them.
They were allowed to play. Everyone was allowed to *play*. The Japanese just lost.
NO! No amount of heat can cook the sin out of pork!
