Have you played Oblivion? If not, then how can you say what it has or doesn't have? If you bought it, why? Why buy the sequel to something you hated?
For what it's worth, I couldn't stand Morrowind. Buying Oblivion was a gamble for me, but it did pay off as I find Oblivion hard to put down.
===================Super Mario Bros.=================
You've emerged from a giant green pipe. A large castle lies in the distance. Giant blocks with question marks painted on them float mystically in mid-air. A large turtle with a green shell is approaching you from left. From your right, what appears to be a giant mushroom with eyes and legs approaches.
The big reason why Virtual Racer cost $100 is because to pull the game off they need to put a co-processor inside of the cartridge to handle all of the polygons. It was similar to the FX chip inside SNES games like Starfox.
This reminds me of an N64 game, I think it was "Hey You Pikachu!" where you could interact with Pikachu with a microphone. If you said Playstation he would spaz and have a little electrical seizure.
...felt much like a mixture of Sleepwalker and Prince of Persia (of course it's worth mentioning that neither of those games had been redone in 3D at the time).
Actually, there was a 3D Prince of Persia released in either '99 or '00. I don't remember hearing much about it when it was released, but it did come out.
Well, I wish I could take credit for these, but they may make a good substitute. (Credit actually belongs to Penny-Arcade forum moderator and fellow/.-er mcc)
The Sony Dual Analog stick did indeed come out, atleast in Japan anyway. I can't vouche for a North American release, but here is a link to an auction on eBay for the Japanese ones. Supposedly Ace Combat 2 and Armored Core have support for setup.
Is there precident for this? Absolutely, Why did the Sony Playstation crush the N64? Because you can copy easily for the Playstation. Copying a cartridge is just too much hastle to be worth it. Even better it was trivial to chip a playstation so you could get loads of games for the price of a few CDs.
Then the Dreamcast should have beaten the shit out of the PS2 because it didn't even require a mod ship to play copied games.
Bart: Wow, you can do anything out here!
Homer: That's right. See that ship over there? [points to a
ship with a large satellite dish on it] They're re-
broadcasting Major League Baseball with implied oral
consent, not express written consent -- or so the legend
goes.

I don't hear you bitching about BIOS and x86 architecture
This, however, does not allow for ogg vorbis files to be played on an iPod, which is the issue that people bring up when they talk about OG and iPods.
He's talking about the XBox 360 version of the game, not the PC version.
Hardly accurate either. Sony's 10 million number doesn't refer to units sold, only units shipped.

I can live without graphics on consoles.

myspace has the option of making a profile "friends only", though only a couple of people use that option.

Too bad PA beat you to it.

Actually, it's not a port. The DS version of the game is turn-based strategy as opposed to real-time strategy. Still looks fun though.
It should be noted, however, that Cool Spot was actually pretty fun.

Unless you left out some detail... $150 - $90 != $30

Metroid IS backtracking. It's always been in the series.
Why go to the next level, when you can go light years beyond? :-)

Is he talking about Linux or SP2?
Konqueror doesn't use Gecko, it uses KHTML, on which Safari is built.

The clickwheel iPods still need a touchpad for scrolling through menus and whatnot. The clickwheel is used for buttons (previous/next/play/menu).
