No, supply and demand says there can't be a never-ending supply of sex, because your average man is _way_ hornier than your average woman, and we're less likely to be turned off the course once we've decided we'd like a root. It's a genetic thing, which doesn't really need explaining here. To (over) simplify, the women control the supply of sex, and it's a seller's market.

No encryption was circumvented, so no DMCA violation--its all fair use.
Except for the fact that fair use more or less only exists in the US. Australia and GB at least have no such thing, and ripping the songs you own is still copyright infringement, unless the record company is too lazy to print a local label and it still contains the text saying you can make "one archival copy" that is/was on US media.

ever remember those "most switching benchmarks"? that was a benchmark to see how well your CPU could switch between the 16-bit and 32-bit instruction sets.

Huh? There aren't two instruction sets in x86, only real mode (and v86) and protected mode, and all windows programs since 3.0 are protected mode programs. The only difference apart from the "segment" sizes is the default register size. In one mode, the code for "mov ax,3" updates the lower 16 bits only, in another mode it will update eax, and it's simply a bit in the cs shadow (iirc), and doesn't take any longer to load one with the 32bit flag than one with the 16 bit flag, and you definitely need to reload cs every task switch regardless.
