    Obviously, the implication is that "suspects" are not "people." And it seems everyone is a "suspect," as these things are being aimed at the public at large.

    As a side note, I just had a mental image of them parking these trucks in a circle around a pile of wood and gleefully starting a bonfire (using the x-ray beams). They may have also parked in a circle around the Constitution.

    This patent was actually filed in 1952, according to a Google search.

    Note that the Fed works on a deca-week, not the seven day week used by the unwashed masses. It would take two five-day work weeks to reach the Trillion $$ lent out in one deca-week!

    OP here. The end of my submission, where I include that IAAS (scientist), was cut off, so I would like to state that I wasn't trying to convey a "where (sic) better than they are" attitude. I could have stated my intent with the last surviving sentence more clearly. While many scientists I see in the gym are in great shape, some of them are in quite poor shape and uncoordinated. The ones at that end of the spectrum are usually in the beginner group exercise classes. It is that group I was trying to reference in the post. The last sentence should have read 'some of the scientists'. Hope this clears it up.

    I think the technology was given to the US by the aliens who kidnapped Elvis, as they were upset by the lack of interest in Elvis and alien conspiracies since 9/11. They thought that with Bin Laden gone, the nutters would return to their previous conspiracies- they just didn't foresee this whole 'Deather' movement. I guess there's no going back.

    Interesting. Too bad he didn't get all of them, or survive. He might have been better off leaving the gas on in the house and watching the hilarity ensue from nearby (preferably in range in case there were any left) since the house was going to be lost anyway.

    Oh, the sex continues. The male just isn't involved. Why do you think women always go to the bathroom after you've finished? They'll spin you some yarn about UTIs, but next time try sneaking up to the door and listening for the heavy breathing.

    You mean "this male". You need to check for other men in the bathroom and remove them before you get busy.

    IANALG (I am not a life guard) but I don't think the best practice is to pull the drowning child out by the genitals...

    Otherwise, wouldn't the Good Samaritan Laws cover any liability in this situation? Note that consent is implied for minors under most situations, probably for this too (but IANAL either).
