    IIRC that one still stands because it is on Native American Reservation land. That or it's grandfathered in, since electronic billboards are illegal in the state of Washington.

    Many banks, at least here in the States have some sort of protection against this where the cardholder is not held liable for the funds.

    Maybe if they didn't inflate the price of software so much it wouldn't be pirated so often. Really, is this going to make it so that people can't go out and download the software that they want? No, people will find a way around it. If they really want to pirate it, they will. Companies should lower their prices on software to combat piracy rather than stupid stuff like this that doesn't work.

    I find that the magnetic disc inside of a floppy works very nicely to view the eclipse (Using a pair of sunglasses in addition, of course)

    It would be interesting to see what the lawmakers think of it. Although I don't think it would be that much of a big deal, seeing as if you could drive down the road, you might as well just use your car charger.
