    i've been reading news.google.com caches the last few days basically saying that 2/3rd's of the english don't support their prime minister at all, i wonder what similar polls in teh US would (have?) reveal(ed) and even went so far as to say 1/3rd would not support a war even if a second resolutoin from teh UN said so.. they had a "revolt" in the house of lords over some war-related issue, it seems that bush isn't the only one with a dissenting public

    oh well, i remember reading extensive articles about these kinds of things 10 years ago on bbs's.. (how to block/change/build your own shit etc) i guess now its mainstream for telemarketers hooray

    i read awhile ago about going to cyberwarfare schools in libya and other well known terrorist states and how they all actively train and recruit people.. i'm wondering if any of it will matter if everyone just filters their country out but if they have people planted in teh states.. with decent terrorst-money funded connections and datacenters.. or maybe w/ teh money put into mobile technologies tehy would be a real, mobile threat.. of course there is no way to know so why worry about it ;)

    its' the fact that people, especially americans iwth cell phones, are extremely self centered egotistical and people who take phone calls in movies aren't thinking about how much better they are than you they're not even thinking about you at all.. total self-absorption and total lack of compassion or respect for the people around them (and this does'nt just apply to cell phoens this applies to traffic/elevators/any other public situation) is the biggest problem we have... think about it, would compassionate people smirk and make jokes about teh legless vietnam vet asking for change? or weave in an out of traffic at 95 mph in 6 ft of snow because they think their 4-wheel drive suv will save them from physics? its more than cellphonse people its just a symptom of a bigger problem; no one follows the golden rule "DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU"

    everyone has seen teh footage hell it was used in my highschool physics class to explain resonance.. famous == preservation, failure or not.. hell one of hte parents mentions pearl harbor as a national monument, was that a huge success for us? no but it should be preserved anyway, why? so it doesn't happen again.. maybe those shipwrecks are in hazardous waters and now that they have the locations marked they can keep others away from them, whose to say really but making the river/bottom a national park isn't a bad idea.. it's probably already got aspects of it protected under environmental legislation anyway..

    I have to pay for bandwidth to see your fucking ad; i guess that means i have the right ot be paid for looking at your fuckig ad which i didn't request to look at to begin with.. you know there was a time when intrusive (spyware) advertising didn't exist and ads themselves were subverted and the content drove the web and drove the #'s that brought the .com goldrushers which have bankrupted the web of both useful content and the driving reason for it's popularity to begin with

    i for one read less than 5 websites on a reglar basis now as a result, there is nothign but peoples vain web logs and guestbooks anymore to be interested in.. anyway the point being that unlike cable, where you pay fo ra stream of available channels, many people are still paying hourly for internet access and your lame ads cost all of us money (yes even fractions of pennies to us cable modem users ad up, just ask banks where they get their money from) and you DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE ME VIEW your shitty worthless bandwidth wasting ad..
