The problem is the corporations, and the government that allows these things to go on. The government is paid by the corporations... so what to do? I can think of a few, but it'll require a movement of a lot of people doing something similar to what Jefferson did so many years ago.

Went to the doc.... I didn't have anything but I was convinced I needed a treatment, so he gave me a cream. Later the bumps went away... but for all I know he could have given me a placebo. Doc's have started to ask what peopel are allowing in their lives that cause these problems, rather than what drug should I give you. Treat the source.

Yes this is a marketing ploy. Its based off the authority influence... in that if an authority figure says something it must be true. So I'm sure we'll be hearing how 9 out of 10 game reviewers think that this isn't expensive(while they pocket sony's money). Then they'll play on social proof in that the more people buy it the more it must be true that $600 is the usual amount to pay for a console. Especially this fine "restuarant" of a console.

This kind of finding has actually been around for awhile. Evolutionarily speaking, men have been the leaders. Women have had to keep up to test to make sure the men arent bullshit. Basically our minds(intellegence, wit, humor etc) have developed to make us more sexually attractive and women have been forced to develop to ween out the fake(weak) men who dont actually have the traits. So in truth men are more intellegent than women.

This is an idea that could be applied to many other forms of computer/white collar crimes.

One of my good friends thinks it is easier to get two girls into bed than one. He also knows hes the catch with women. He is broke, has them buy him chocolates/coffee, and only goes out with models.

All men can do this... I've found out. But whatever... I just think its interesting.
