Well they get so many, have to make they have time to fit them all in.
As for here in Montreal, the forecast says cloudy periods, so here's hoping that I'll be able to check it out...If I haven't flown to to escape our record-breaking winter.
It's even quicker if you use a spam filter or a service with a spam filter. I get a ton of spam at my gmail account, but 99% goes straight to the spam folder. I still get the odd message that doesnt get filtered but that's quickly rectified.
Although, I'll admit that if I'm at home, I know instantly when I have mail, thanks to Notifier.
You mean like some sort of Information Superhighway?
I remember having a Popular Mechanics magazine from sometime in the 90s that had a cover article about this new-fangled Information Superhighway and how it was going to make out lives easier or something.

at the convenience store i help manage here in montreal, we keep all the hard-copies of the receipts and the only we go back to look at something is if head-office needs something say for a charge-back or something. We have other policies in place to prevent malicious transactions.
At least one city here in Quebec did just that during the Ice Storm of 1998. They wheeled a locomotive into the center of the city and used it to power important buildings.
Isn't it usually the vendor of the bank machine that fills it up? At the depanneur I worked at, an ATM company installed a Triton machine and every so often an armored van comes by to fill it up. I didn't know that convenience store owners could buy, install and stock their own machines.

Where are my mod points when I need them!

Well since I trademarked pie, it's time for you to pay up!
My god! IPv6 in space! The new bit!

Thanks for clearing that up...I really wasn't sure about that.
