I never could figure out how they made money. The seemed to offer great software for nothing until recently. If you can't figure out what the product is... it is you. That is why I paid $2 for FX File Explorer.
It is painfully obvious the TSA security is smoke and mirrors. They are extremely reactive and rarely if ever have thought ahead of issues that have come up. Think about all the "rules" they have now that only surfaced after a breech or near breech.
How is this substantially different than when the Montana Federal Court Ruled: "When a person intentionally abandons his property, that person's expectation of privacy with regard to that property is abandoned as well,"
I love to see actual numbers, very helpful and often left out. The problem here is we don't know what the underlying distribution of Linux, BSD and Windows boxes was. So, the fact that 13/17 of the cracked boxes were Linux and 2/17 were windows doesn't mean much if there were 100 Linux and only 3 Windows in the test population. Odds are my guesses are not correct however, it does present a problem with this article. Maybe not a half-truth but, perhaps an intentional omission.
How did Germany, the main driving force behind WW1 and WW2 suddenly go anti-war? We are talking about the first people to defeat the Romans and drive them out of Northern Europe! Now, they hate war, hate the US but still want to continue to trade with terrorist. I'm confused..?
I sure hope the guys at ThinkGeek.com pick up on this. There are plenty of guys in the Math and CS depts around here who could use some 'decent' smelling clothes:| Perhaps it could be mandatory?
It is no surprise to me or others with minimal knowledge of aerodynamics, why those in the (ever shrinking) non-Boeing airline industry and those in the physics world deemed this plane the 'Near Sonic Loser'.
Reason: did you ever see The Right Stuff, I thought so. Remember when Chuck was trying to break the sound barrier in the Bell X-1? It got pretty rough. This is because the shock wave (normally well in front of the wings) was moving across the control surfaces, causing very bad flight characteristics. This is what happens in near sonic flight, a bad place to stay. Once the plane breaks the sound barrier however, this shock wave 'folds' down along the fuselage and leaving the controls surfaces to what the do what they do best. This is why old Chuck got control back instantly after breaking Mach 1.
Now, I know we all wanted to shave the hour off of our weekly commutes to Tokyo but, the extra fuel costs alone doomed this project from the beginning. That is why no airline would even talk to Boeing about this plane.
On the brighter side, this frees up more resources for the plane that will revolutionize the way you fly, the BWB - Blended Wing Body.
I think the point is that there is nowhere to go once you are a lead programmer. I see this in my job as a consultant. The best consultants are usually just that, and are not ususally good managers/policy makers. The only place to go then is another company at which point you face the same challenge.
Solution: Deal with always being a programmer or develop the people skills that most of us techie types lack.
If you copy the html off of this site and save it while you are running a updated virus scanner like say McAffee, it will tag it as a virus and contact your admin... Not good.:-)

Missed the call... damn. Maybe he'll call back. #fingerscrossed
Voyager 1 is 127 AU away, 500LY is about 31 Million AU.... so we only need to go 250,000 times further than we ever have! That seems doable.
In you case you want to send any of these weasels a note about their questionable behavior. Here is the list of members:

Step 1: write a automatic speech recognition app to ping that site and translate the words back to text.
Step 2:
Step 3: take over the world.
Wasn't there a Futurama on this?

All I want to know is, did the whistle blower come out on wikileak.org?
How is this substantially different than when the Montana Federal Court Ruled: "When a person intentionally abandons his property, that person's expectation of privacy with regard to that property is abandoned as well,"
Is posting = abandoning?
They often confuse Correlation http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Correlation with Causation

In a few years we will have (in US date style) 7/7/7, 3/14/15, 1/6/18 and 2/7/18.
There is no such thing as "innocent animals", they are all guilty of the high crime of "being made from meat". Punishable by death by grilling.
Try "BHO Cop", kinda old but Source Code is included.

Bill Gates is a great business man, however he does not always understand the technology picture.
640K should be enough for anyone.

I don't understand how anything changed. So what exactly did other people use napster for before?
;)
Was there anything else on there?
I think I will always maintian a floppy to run FloppyFW or BBI Agent (bbiagent.com). No Hard Drive = No Problem.
I'm sure it could be replaced with static RAM but, that won't be a cheap viable standard for years...
OH BOY!!
Now I'll have a company to sue for wasting all my time.
If fast-forwarding through commercials makes me a theif. Then does changing the channel during a commercial on a non-Tivo TV make that person a theif?
Shouldn't I also read every poster in the Airport? Aren't they too supporting the airport?
The logic implied by these media companies is astounding.
