You'd think after the Kodak fiasco & another online vendor got the price of an X-Box wrong - and in both cases the customer got it (eventually) at the advertised price they'd just cave in and avoid the bad publicity!
It's not a spelling mistake - it's the name of a network. However if you're referring to the (still) uncorrected title of the page - Intenet2 - you'd be right.
I seem to remember years ago reading about someone do a software talking head for their thesis project. As to this it's not knew - some temple in SE Asia made a "talking monk" for the tourists that said prayers etc. For the life of me I can't remember any more details though - other than it cost a lot more than just a head would!

Reminds me of the early days of cell -phones. "Yes, I'm on the train - it's about to go into a tun" [click] And for those who don't know the nearest train tunnel to where I live they've installed a mobile phone loop and radio loop now - so that if there was a disaster they could tell people about it through it.
For all the hype about viruses I've actually got one! It's a type of hybris.gen virus that isn't detected by av-free, or Norton Antivirus or McAffee! So how do I know I've got it you may ask. Because each time I try to send a mail in Pegasus it sends a second one (it affects the WSOCK32.DLL file and edits some registry keys) - also a friend told me. I've just switched to a webmail system instead. The only thing is I wish there was some way to remove it short of formatting the drive.
"that categorized incoming messages by topic as they arrive." - you can already sort messages into different folders depending on their topic by setting up rules.
Talking of hidden cameras a great big post appeared outside our house today (which we assume is going to have a CCTV camera stuck on the top). Does anyone know if these need planning permission in the UK?
I think it's about time the record companies started realising that mp3s have led to increased sales & free advertising and stop being so draconian about them!
I don't think you'd have long to think about it as all the air escaped from your space craft - but seriously - satellites/ space craft these days have shielding - similar in design to bullet proof vests but made of different materials. After all - if you spend x million putting a satellite up - you don't want it to stop working on day one!
Articles are generally based on press releases which emphasise the good points of a product - for an unbiased opinion you need to ask someone who actually has one before buying.
Sorry I'm just reeling from the fact of knowing that Jon Katz has had eleven books published - no wonder he has to go to such great lengths to find people who've never heard of him to buy them!;o) Pity it doesn't say how many of his books were actually sold!
This reminds me of my geography teacher who once said that the world's entire need for electricity could be provided by a solar array in the Sahara Desert producing electricity at negligible cost (once it'd been built of course). However he also said that the fossil fuel companies would never allow it. I might also point out that even with microwaves you're going to suffer from some power loss on the way back to Earth. Maybe once there's a permanent base on the moon they'll need a source of power - but until then it's just in the realms of pie-in the sky & sci-fi.

No doubt they'll find some way to install slot machines on the monorail too - or even maybe a blackjack table in the restaurant car!

Even with just bringing out a tool to copy DVDs to CDs they run the risk of prosecution though!

I think with all the ho-ha about the DMCA recently that there'll be changes to it before long.
What's Binay compatibility?
It's the "official" version - as opposed to the alpha - please help us find the bugs version.
Talk about a good publicity machine - you get to be in the news even if you're not in a movie!
Yes User Friendly have a permanent bit about the tax and asking people to write to the politicians about it.

Just in case anyone thinks the above page is only about notebook review - the title is laptop and notebook reviews.
News so good it gets to be told twice! After all - you might have missed it the first time.
Not just will but money as well!

Come on - lets say together now "It's only a TV show!"
