If we dig deeper we may even find some threat to national security here.
One of the other posters kind of suggested this: The national security threat might be that they don't want huge (dangerous) crowds at the doors of the low-cost leaders on the morning of Black Friday. That makes a lot of sense. ..Yeah, I think we can rationalize this.:)
Well, it is public information if they've been charged. Does your local newspaper not have a list of all the people that were arrested in the last couple of days?
Target is pronounced Tar-ghay by some people to make fun of the other people that shop there. Elitists making fun of pretentious people. Oh, the irony.
(But there really are a disproportionately large number of hot girls that shop there. ..)
And as the above poster posted they're patented. . ..and typically the plants can't reproduce. So, these poor farmers have to buy new seeds every year. Agreed that this is a social problem, but I don't think it is _simply_ that they are afraid of them.

I know I'm going to get modding down for this.:) Farscape chat with a producer, writer, and Ben Browder the main actor in the show is hosted at scifi.com.
irc.chorn.com or irc.scifi.com
But the show's producer, Jim Henson TV, said the Australian-shot "Farscape" cost only about $1.5 million an episode, which is at least $500,000 an hour less than the production cost of the UPN primetime sci-fi series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Enterprise."
I don't know about you, but I think it's better than Enterprise, and I won't comment on Buffy.:)
Keep in mind that they moved Farscape from 9 => 10, and Stargate has more recently been at 9. Henson et al. said they lost younger viewers with the time change, and I know the time change tricked me into watching more SG than I wanted. (It's not bad, just nowhere near as good as Farscape.)

This one looks like it still says it. You must not be looking at the image on the actual shirt.
I think they were referring to discussions regarding the bugs. Not the list itself.
Yeah, I think a lot of the people do.
If that's not an emotional response I don't know what is. :) Of course, it's also very rational.
vimacs or emavics. I say vimacs!
Well, it is public information if they've been charged. Does your local newspaper not have a list of all the people that were arrested in the last couple of days?
That might be his point. I think James Spader did a significantly better job. And I will always think of the new guy as "the new guy". :)

Question is, what are they going to do with it? :P
Same thing any good physicist does -- try to take over the world!
out of the reach of the US justice system
I didn't know there was such a thing.

I suspect it is a play on words. Specifically, the word "Cell". As in cells of a spreadsheet.
Just like CompuServe and Prodigy I guess. (I don't even know if I'm being sarcastic :)
Are you sure that's not really supposed to be O.J. and family?
Yes, but his was also not experimental physics.
I quote from the announcement,

is that they are trying to keep the Reeve[s] => Superman trend alive.
i.e.:
George Reeves => old Superman B&W show
Christopher Reeve => Superman moves we know and love.
Keanu Reeves => now.
I guess it makes the decision for who to star easier on the producers.
From one of the above poster's links.
