I used to have a 98 Corolla, had zero problems until I sold it to my friend (he busted the shock absorber, but given the way HE drives, it doesn't surprise me!)
Pontiac? Hmm...how many Grand Ams have you seen on the side of the road?
Hyundai, Kia and GEO (i think) are korean. Usually their standards are subpar. And if you offend their owners, so be it. You are telling how it is just as I do!
Hell, I am a driving a 93 Saturn and other than a leaking transmission, it runs great.
I'm not narrow minded. I'm just tired of people saying that American cars are the greatest things on the planet, when it's more of the exception rather than the rule.
If that thing is over 10 lbs I am removing it from my car.
Eh, so much for the "big muscle" American cars, eh? What's the matter, did your Ford Focus (google ford focus fire, and you will see, for some reason the link is not showing up) got on fire or something? I sound like a troll, but posts like this make me wonder if Americans don't want to acknowledge the inferiority of QA/Manfucaturing in american cars vs the rest of the world.
Ah...did you know that the "ostia" in Spain and catholic circles means the thing that the bishop/father gives you on your mouth during mass? (sorry about the rather poor definition of ostia, but it's funny to see products that are named without considering global meanings)
And the S3Graphics ProSavage DDR...I'm not a troll...just want to know...WHERE THE HECK CAN I GET A PROPER DRIVER THAT IS NOT BUGGY LIKE MINE IS???? I'm tired of seeing a "windows blinds" effect on some emulators/3d games I have!!! (I have windows XP and the video is actually integrated)
The Radio Shack adapter always maps the + Control Pad to axes
There was a RS adapter that had that problem. It didn't come with a disk and it didn't support force feedback. However they now have a newer one WITH a disk and with force feedback support at the same price. And it works with dance pads if you go and select the mode in the drivers.
"X" is for Xerox: the word processor's friend. Even though your computer printer will gladly produce 340 copies of your 430-page report, it could have a coronary at the end. If you use a slow daisy wheel printer (one page every few minutes), this might take over two hundred days to print nonstop. A special benefit for dot matrix users is that xeroxing makes the dots fill in nicely to look more like letter-quality hard copy.
Wow. One page every few minutes. And users complain because their laser printer takes 20-30 seconds to warm up...
If you watch Law and Order (Svu?), there was an episode about a guy who received kiddie porn spam (actually 18+ models enhanced with CG so they look younger). The guy went ahead and raped a child, I think. But they focused prosecution to the company who spammed him. The turning point was that the guy actually requested them to stop sending email and they ignored him. Result: the jury found the spammer guilty of the rape. This sounds so similar, I'm pretty sure the guy will get acquitted and the spammer will pay for it.
With Terfenol, you don't need an implant, but merely a plate attached to a tooth. Though there is still the question of where to put the radio receiver.
Ahhhh...now I know why that odd wireless technology is called "bluetooth":P
Fuzzy FM? Have you ever *listened* to Ogg at 64? It sounds *better* than FM. And for streaming, Ogg at 45kbps/44.1khz/stereo sounds excellent. Just LISTEN to it, darn it!
>In Win2k and I believe XP why does it make me do a extra click everytime I go into one of the system folders? I know I want to be in there or else I wouldn't have gone to the folder
WHAT? On ALL versions of Windows, it will warn you ONCE and only once...is he trolling or something?
Even MTV admits that it's not about "music". That's why they have those commercials promoting MTV2 "Where the music is on".
I did that on purpose so it could be translated properly with babelfish :) I have been speaking Spanish for 25 years...
Por supuesto, todavia esta vivo
anyone seen the North Dakota TV Ad? Have you listened to the jingle? Doesn't it sound familiar? Like...a 70's coca cola ad?

Sorry, it comes with a floppy for Windows only.

Well, son of a gun. I was like one year behind in my drivers, I went to s3graphics.com and got the latest one. That solved A LOT of problems.

2 words: X86 architecture. Everyone who hated it told you it sucks. Now you see why.

When I click on the links using Slimbrowser , I can see the whole URL. However if I switch tabs it only shows the fake url.
And the 4th directory will be....PROFIT!

You haven't been in Las Vegas, have you?
Sorry. I use Windows XP and I don't have this problem. Seems like it only happens on Win2k. Here is the answer: Annoyances
>General Electric isn't in the business of filing baseless lawsuits -- they're in the business of making money
;)
You are right. It's SCO, not GE, who does that
